Huge upgrade over the 'neck pillow' versions
My spine doctor encouraged me to get one of those airplane neck pillow looking devices to help decompress my spine as we try to avoid ACDF surgery. And the neck pillow thing worked ok. Or at least it did until my new puppy found it and chewed through the tubing. To replace it I decided to take a chance on a much more elaborate (and 4 times more expensive) cervical neck traction device and it's worth every penny. The brace does a much better job of keeping my neck in the correct position and it's far easier to adjust how much this stretches my neck. The inflatable parts are mostly just to keep everything tight. The actual traction is managed through a couple of thumb controls on either side of the brace. Everything is very sturdy and the air pump control is ridiculously over engineered.Everyone's needs are different, but this has been a great help for my bulging and herniated neck discs. Obviously you need to speak to your doctor about this as it is heavy duty enough to legitimately hurt you if used incorrectly, but if your doctor suggests neck decompression, this is the cadillac of neck decompression devices.

This thing is awesome!!!
I never write reviews, but I’m just sitting here looking at this net brace and it is awesome. It is so well-made and perfectly designed to what it is supposed to do. I have a pinched nerve and it stretches out my neck and my migraines started to go away. if anyone says this thing is not designed well, they don’t know what the heck they’re talking about. I have no affiliation with anyone associated with this product. For the price it’s unreal and I can’t believe it’s not a prescription device. I don’t know how they could’ve made it better. I don’t know what the other ones are like, but if you come across this comment, buy it!

Effective and Adjustable Neck Traction Device
This cervical neck traction device is a big upgrade over basic neck pillows. It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and really helps relieve my neck tension and pain. The fit and traction are customizable, though it might feel bulky for some. Overall, a great option that helped with a car accident recovery.

Didn’t work for me
Diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and bone spurs in C6 and C7. It functions as advertised, but I’m a tall man and having this brace fully stretched out did not help. The chin piece seemed too small and dug into my throat making it hard to breathe. It hurts my jaw more than helps my neck. It might help for some, but it didn’t work for me.

Great product for the price
I bought this unit after trying the DDS Max. By comparison, this one is far better and less expensive. Very well constructed. It came preassembled and the pump was already charged. Much easier to put on and take off, no fidgeting with Velcro straps. To adjust for tightness, simply turn a couple of buttons. None of these neck traction devices are made for comfort simply because neck traction requires pressure between the head and shoulder to stretch your cervical vertebrae. It relieves my pain every time after each 15 minute application. For those suffering from cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerves), this device is it. I’ve been to ER, multiple DR visits and the treatment is meds (Gabapentin) and physical therapy plus neck traction.

Not what I thought but manufacturer corrected
I wanted to like this but it definetly is not what I thought it would be. Hoped for more relief and continued to try it for over 3 months but didnt see any change.Update: seller reached out to me stating they would send a full refund over a week ago and I responded but have yet to hear back. After writing my update I was given a full refund. Nice to know the manufacturer really does care and backs their product!
