I have a very painful left knee . Biofreeze rubbed in around the painful area is a game changer . It cools down the affected and swollen area . I can't recommend Biofreeze enough

Googled best cold gels for muscles and this cropped up on a review site , got it on offer for about £10 for a big pot so went for x2 of them as it was cheap ! Fantastic stuff . The gel is thick and doesn’t stick to the skin initially so be careful otherwise it may fall on the floor when it’s on your hand , but once you start robbing it in it loosens and spreads easily then within a few minutes it’s COLD !!!!! I mean COLD !, last around half an hour or so but the aches have at least halved if not fully gone . I use this for bicep tendonitis and a reoccurring neck / shoulder injury and it definitely helps . It’s also a lot better than deep freeze if you’re used to that , as comparison .

This is a very good product & it works

I have used this product for a long number of years. I cannot be without it now although the price has drastically shot up! I suffer back pain and various muscle pain from work. I look forward to the relief within minutes of application. Also good for night cramps of legs. Also recommended it to friends.

The gel is very effective for muscle and joint pain. Although it is very cold at first application, but the pain relief is worth adapting to the cold feeling. I wish the price will be less though.

Bought this back in feb .. for shoulder problem worked great .. went to get another one found it had doubled in price within 3 months.... but really do need to get another one.. brilliant stuff, use it on my knees and ankles as well x

Great value great product does wonders for my mum's knees. Much cheaper to buy this size it saves over £10 rather than buying the individual tubes
