Great for leg cramps. And helps you fall asleep. Srart out on lower dosage then work up. Does have a sugar coating great taste but leaves a sweet taste in your mouth overnight. I highly recommend and I am 63 years old with insomnia and leg and feet cramps. Went away first use! A good replacement for melatonin if you take that. Love this flavor!

I was looking for a gummie with a bit less sugar. These seemed to have an acceptable level. The taste is fine. My issue is with the look and texture. As you can see from the pic, the sugar seems to have mostly melted and the texture is more like a jelly bean than a gummie. I'll likely finish these but I doubt I'll reorder. FYI; the expiry date is March 2027

ATTN: If you have children with sleeping issues THIS is for you. My daughter is 6 and she has had trouble sleeping since day one. She didn’t nap as a newborn, barely napped as a toddler and didn’t sleep well at night. Even when she was sleeping she was very restless and constantly moved around. She would wake at the smallest sound or for any reason at all and would have a very hard time falling back to sleep. I thought eventually she would grow out of it but the older she got the more bed time escalated in a negative way. She would get out of bed 50 times. She would call me for anything she could think of. She would scream, yell, cry, and panic if I didn’t go in when she called. She would also say she was scared and she wouldn’t go anywhere in the house without a person or the dog. I thought maybe she was playing games so she didn’t have to go to bed but her dad and I switched because he’s stricter and that didn’t help either. She just cried a lot more. We had tons of talks, the exact same bedtime routine every night, we minimized sugar, and minimized screen time. I literally tried everything from calming lotions, to letting her cry it out, to some gummies that were for sleep, as a baby I tried every sleep sack and trick that was out there. NOTHING helped. I finally came across some articles about magnesium deficiency and how it affects sleep. In a magnesium review I read a story of a child who was similar to my daughter and they said magnesium completely fixed the sleeping issues. So, out of desperation I decided to try this calm gummy. I started giving her one gummy every evening at 5. The first night she went from 2 hours to fall asleep to one hour. The next couple nights dropped to 30 minutes. It has now been a couple of weeks and she is down to 10 minutes or less. All the crying and screaming and panicking has stopped. She is relaxed when she is getting into bed and her mind is able to calm down so she can rest. It also helps with restless leg syndrome and growing pains (I started giving it to my 12 year old too) I have also noticed that all the crazy constant moving has stopped and she is waking up still on her pillow and covered up. This stuff is Amazing!! I wish I had found it sooner so my baby could have gotten better sleep much quicker. I will continue to buy this over and over. I am so thankful something has worked!

I used to use the powder version a few years ago when I had sleep issues. It didn’t make me sleepy but it did help me sleep through the night because when I would wake up I could easily get back to sleep. Which is great for ppl who have issues with waking up several times in the night. But I was not a fan of drinking the powder. It was a hassle. These days I sleep much better but I have certain times of the month when my hormone levels are through the roof and I can’t sleep. I’m hot, I’m restless, my brain won’t shut off. So I went looking again and found these in gummy form. WHAT?!!! Omg! Talk about simplifying my life! So much easier to pop some gummies at bedtime. I was so stoked. Pricy? Yes. But totally worth it for me. Like before it doesn’t put me to sleep, but it does relax me. Sometimes when I’m stressed i’ll Pop 2 gummies just to take the edge off. Just like the powder it helps me go right back to sleep no matter how many times I wake up. In the morning I could wake up or go right back to sleep. But I feel soooooo relaxed. It’s such a delicious way to start the day. Also it helps with morning BMs. *thumbs up* I give one to my 5yr old before bed. I don’t notice it doing much to be honest but he doesn’t fight me as much at bedtime. He has issues with not pooping enough. He takes daily probiotics but I found adding the gummy helps in that dept as well. All around very VERY happy with this and will be purchasing again!!

as someone who is super fed up with wellness marketing, these annoy me. as someone with chronic constipation who can't digest big magnesium tablets, these keep me moving (which my doctor approves of, and so should yours before you take them). they are very sweet, too sweet in my opinion, and i wish they packed more magnesium into each gummy because dear god eating so many of these is nauseating just from the sweetness. these are not calming or supportive of sleep in any way for me other than reducing the worry and discomfort of not having a bowel movement for too long. every day i pray i will regain the ability to digest tablets so i can leave these things behind, but in the meantime they're my saving grace.
