Bought these a few times and never had any issues.

my norweigen forest cat only drinks running water (must be genetically imprinted memory to guard against illness from stagnating water at a guess) and so my cat fountain is great-allows her to have plenty of water-keeping her kidneys healthy (common cat complaint in cats that dont drink much water)-and meaning i dont have to constantly switch bath tap on & off for her-but small packs of fulters v expensive-this is much better deal

These are always good for the filtration. Storm tells me when it's beginning to get ready to change but I still mark it on my calender lol.

I don't drink tap water as I don't trust it, if others do fine, I don't, I also don't fancy the dog and cat drinking water with chemicals in, so I bought the fountain to filter the water.

These are amazing and keep the water filtered for my pet cat, she loves drinking the fresh water especially, now during this very hot spell of sunshine we are having, I have only just discovered these as I thought I had to buy a complete new drinking fountain, but these save me the cost of doing that.

Devant le déluge de commentaires négatifs sur les nouveaux filtres Catit dépourvus de base en plastique (pour des raisons écologiques), je souhaitais rester sur les filtres d'avant pour la fontaine Catit flower 3l verte. Sur plusieurs sites les anciens filtres ne sont plus commercialisés, et heureusement sur Amazon c'est toujours le cas. Il va sans dire que le paquet de 12 filtres est de plus assez économique (cela revient à 2,50€ le filtre pour 1 mois), donc je n'ai pas hésité. Je suis tranquille pour 1 année, et le paquet est assez petit (genre boîte à chaussures) et très léger. Je me demande même si je ne vais pas en recommander pour stocker, au cas où ces filtres viendraient à disparaître. À moins que Catit améliore la nouvelle version écologique, en y ajoutant une base plastique réutilisable par exemple, afin de combler les inconvénients que j'ai pu lire dans les commentaires négatifs.

So, there's a TON of fountains out there... I get it. Concerns I've had with other fountains is... who is the company? Are filters readily available... will they ALWAYS be available or 'fly by night' then gone? Are they EASY to clean and change the filter (NO in most cases). CATIT is a well-known BRAND name. Buy this BULK pack and you're good for a year. TIP: ONLY USE purified, filtered water to fill your fountain (don't let the fountain filter clean ugh tap water from the start), never tap water... trust me, I know what I'm taking about (we have a very high-end water processing system in out home and you wouldn't believe what it traps from city water), will easily get you to 30 days with the filter. So: fair price, EASE of USE, EASY to clean fountains with EASY to swap-out filters. Give your cats a hug from me! - Cat Dad.
