Cura-Heat Back and Shoulder Pain 7 Patches, Pack of 2 (14 Patches)

I suffer with generalised osteoarthritis ( ie most joints are affected ) and suffer a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders in the evenings, which in turn causes me to have a headache and restless legs, so I can’t get comfortable lying in bed.I used a wheat bag but it was too difficult having to get up and down to the microwave every time it cooled down so I decided to give these heat patches a try.I prefer these that go over clothing, as I found the direct to skin ones would make me sweat and then the patch would slip off.These though are excellent. 24hrs of continuous heat which relaxes the muscles around my joints which eases the pain and stiffness in order to let me get to sleep. ( I have never had a problem with using them overnight, but that has to be your personal decision )I have lost count how many times I have re-ordered these patches, I wouldn’t be without them.For my own problem area I put a patch at the top of my back where it meets the neck and I find the heat radiates upwards for the stiffness and aching in my neck and out towards my aching shoulders. It’s a nice heat, not too hot ( but must go over clothing ) and the heat stays throughout the next day, if you are having a lazy pyjama day…the adhesive is quite strong so it is even possible to transfer it to daytime clothes, but if your nightwear is fleecy that won’t work so well and towards the end of the 24hrs the activated charcoal will harden the pad so a new one would be advisable.If this review helps just one person to find some relief from aching muscles/joints then I will be happy.

These pads really do pack some heat and lasted over 24hours. Really comfortable once you get used to them.I found they helped alleviate pain in my back for all day relief.Easy to fit with the adhesive pads to stick to your clothes, good size tooGreat performance great product
