KT Tape Unisex

Odd that this is the brand leader but if you are using this in what I'd term a high stress / movement location, you will probably find it's not got as much strength nor adhesion as you'd want. With some tapes like this you can only get it off with prolonged soaking and while that may be a problem for some people, for me it's not when the issue I use it for is an ankle problem which will have a high level of movement over the exercise session. Where I can run a half marathon with a cheaper brand, with this, it struggles to stay in place beyond 5 miles.If you're using it on a less mobile joint which is not rubbing against clothing, it may be better but I'd avoid if using on feet, ankles or legs.

I have bought many different brands but I will admit that paying that bit more is worth it. The stretch on the fabric is very good and it doesn’t thin out, meaning it works better. Other brands on only 30% stretch show plenty of gaps in the weave meaning it isn’t strong or rigid enough to do it’s job properly and it will also compromise the glue, making adhesion poor

I usually use a cheaper version of this tape but as I’m using it more often now I thought I’d try the ‘proper’ stuff (and bought two rolls). I’m disappointed with it and will go back to my normal tape.Even though I cut the round corners the tape seems to start peeling on the first day and after a couple of days it gets to the stage where you may as well take it off.The colour is good as I can have it on at work and it is less noticeable than a coloured one.Feels good quality but doesn’t stick well

I was told standard KT tape was waterproof - this definitely is not! Won’t last in the shower, bath or during a hot gym session. Isn’t very supportive either. Also irritates the skin. For the price is costs I am really disappointed.

I bought this product because it looks like made in the US supported by Amazon but what a mistake. This product is of very poor quality, the tape is very thin, does not stick well, would not last three days as it claims and would come off as soon as it makes contact with water, do not buy this bad product, this is a rip off and amazon should not be selling it

This is an excellent product for holding you together when you are trying to be sporty in older body!!I'll say no more ...

Ok so I do have some experience with the kinesiology tapes - unfortunately. I will not but this one again as the glue is vey very strong. I can only wear it for a full day after that the skin starts to itch and taking it off is just a misery. I can totally see some people ripping their skin off.

Has to be the worst bandage I have bought and I have bought a lot . Doesn’t stick not easy to cut it is don’t buy it
