Easy to use but you need the powder to go into the bottle. It has been very good during this long dry spell, when there has been little moisture in the air ‐ hence the dry tubes. It is a very good item!

The product does the job it's designed to do. However maybe it's just me but using it on a daily basis somehow seems to affect my ears. My right ear gets blocked if I use it too much. I find preventive measures are more important to take and this can be used as a fall back in the worst case for immediate relief. The usage itself is quite straightforward and it is very effective in clearing the nasal passage.

I find the nozzle always too large with these. It would not be the best design.

Good product and easy to use.

Flushes sinuses with more force than expected, but the push button on the bottom delivers the recommended dosage. Not a pleasant experience to use but is any sinus wash! Works well as I have had several broken noses after playing rugby when younger and find without a wash through my nose is very uncomfortable. Recommend the product.

Having tried to make a diy sinus wash & ending up soaking wet with more solution down my front or in the sink than in my sinuses I decided to go for this product. So simple. Comfortable to use and as the wash is 'gravity fed' no chance of damaging my sinuses with too much pressure. Simple but effective. Very pleased.

in vorangegangenen Rezensionen wurde immer wieder das Ventil auf der Unterseite bemängelt. Ich brauche und benutze dieses Ventil nicht und bin daher auch sehr zufrieden mit der Flasche. Hat eine gute Größe, ist gut zu handhaben und lässt sich auch leicht zusammendrücken, um den Wasserstrahl zu erzeugen. Für Preis-Leistung gebe ich bei allen China-Produkten nen Abzug, da die Preise immer unverhältnismäßig sind im Vergleich zu Herstellung, Transport, etc., dennoch ist das so alles in Ordnung für mich.

La qualità del prodotto è buona e i materiali risultano adeguati all’uso quotidiano. L’irrigatore è semplice da utilizzare, leggero e comodo da maneggiare, ideale per chi cerca una soluzione pratica per l’igiene nasale di routine. È particolarmente indicato per lavaggi lievi e delicati, ad esempio per mantenere il naso pulito, alleviare secchezza o rimuovere piccole impurità dopo la giornata. Dal punto di vista della potenza, però, non è adatto a una pulizia profonda del setto nasale. Il flusso dell’acqua è piuttosto morbido e non riesce a esercitare una pressione sufficiente per lavaggi intensivi o per chi soffre di forte congestione nasale, muco denso o sinusiti più importanti. In questi casi potrebbe risultare poco efficace rispetto a sistemi più potenti o a dispositivi specifici per irrigazioni profonde. Nel complesso è un buon prodotto se utilizzato per lo scopo giusto: pulizia quotidiana, mantenimento e lavaggi leggeri. Non lo consiglierei a chi cerca un’azione energica o terapeutica, ma per un uso regolare e delicato svolge correttamente il suo lavoro. Rapporto qualità-prezzo corretto, purché si abbiano aspettative realistiche sulle prestazioni.
