I am type of mother that always looking a quality supplements for my kids ,and after a lot of research I found NaturesPlus Teen for Him to finally matched all my criteria for a good supplement.My teenage son is very picky, but I can say he takes this vitamins with pleasure ,which for me it means that I made the right choice.

Best My Son Has Tried.
My son doesn't mind these at all, has been taking them a few months whilst going through a growth spurt. He says they remind him of the Smarty Pants kids' multivits he had when younger. So if you've had them, you'll know the flavour.

Smell quite strong
My son (14) says they taste a bit odd but he can just about get them down?! I have to say they smell quite strong but hopefully they're doing him good!

Reliable and a great selection of vitamins
My teenage son has been taking these for a number of years. He appreciates the fact that he doesn't have to swallow large pills and these are chewable. Doesn't mind the taste either. The vitamins included are impressive and at an excellent dosage level given the price.

Not the best tasting vitamin
Sadly this didn’t go down well in my family with both my teens refusing to take these. The taste and texture is not great.

Son loves the taste, I love it as it stops me nagging so much when he eats junk. Been brought up on a wholesome diet, but this has (temporarily I hope) been swapped for a diet of pizza and ice cream. Can't really say I've seen a difference as such, but I'll keep buying
