Love this popcorn machine
This is a great machine, such a fun home accessory for movie nights. It's easy to use, makes great tasting popcorn. The only reason I did not give 5 stars as its hard to clean, but all the parts can come out for a deep clean this is time consuming, I recommend you wipe it down with a soapy cloth after each use to avoid a build up of oils.

Product arrived damaged
The top was bent badly, I sent an email with photos and I've not heard back since

It produces great popcorn and looks great
It produces great popcorn and looks great. However it arrived damaged at the top front with dent (packaging was fine) which has caused the corner to become out of line and makes a sharp edge which could easily cut someone. Also a lack of good instructions - but it's not rocket science to work out the attachments and its use but it would have been improved with some suitable illustrations.I would have returned the item and asked for a replacement due to the damaged front but need it for an event and not sure it would have been replaced in time.

Good machine, but arrived damaged
Popcorn machine arrived earlier than the expected date and works perfectly. However, it was damaged in a few places (see pics) , luckily not anywhere that effects the functionality of it. Also doesn't come with a UK plug.

Avoid unless you want to waste your money and be left with q very large ...
Product never worked properly. The metal holding the plate get too worked when cooking popcorn and opens alone due to the heat leaving all the corn unpopped with the oil falling down. Avoid unless you want to waste your money and be left with q very large piece of metal
