These brushes are ever so soft i was surprised at how good they are. It holds a lot of water very good for water colour painting. Only downside is the bristles on two of the brushes were sticking out.

These brushes from Craftamo are some of the nicest brushes have ever used. The bristles are soft and really high quality, and the variety of brushes in this pack means you'll have a brush suitable for whatever you are working on (for the painting above I used the no.2 Round, no.4 Filbert and no.5 Angled brushes)I've tried these brushes with both acrylic and watercolour paints so far, and they are great with both. The packaging is resealable so you can use it to store your brushes after using, and the finer pointed brushes come with plastic tubes in addition so their delicate bristles can be protected. They are really unique in design, as the handles have a subtle pearlescent shine, the ferrules are a contrasting dark metal and the bristles are a blend of black and white. I'd recommend these brushes to any artist as they're great value, they arrived quickly and were well packaged. Looking forward to using them again for my next painting :)

These brushes are rather good. Nicely finished, good short handles, ferrules securely and firmly crimped, and the synthetic filaments are very snappy/springy, which is great for heavy-bodied oil colours, whilst retaining the most delicate and softest fine tips, perfect for fine blending, glazing and smooth oil techniques traditional in classic painting in oils. So the quality is good in the raw materials used to make these brushes.HOWEVER... Instead of otherwise deserved 4 stars, they are getting just 2 stars as a penalty, because:As per photos attached to my Review, my set had a fault on the Filbert 4 brush, which appears to be an accidental manufacturing fault, which can happen, I appreciate that.What's NOT ACCEPTABLE is that this brush passed Quality Control unchallenged, even though it is visible to the naked eye that the right-hand side edge is dented, the filaments are misaligned and appear broken.This brush is compromised and cannot be used in Oil Painting art, because it will give an uneven edge, impossible to control.

Our favoruite brushes, I had previously the blue version which is exactly the same, except for the colour. I got this set for my daughter to use with watercolours as they hold a lot of water and they are very comfy to hold. The bristles are good quality and not shedding at all.They can be used for acrylics as well.

Loved the air edition brush set , they have nicely sized handles, small and easy to work with. They have been very well made and have even kept in good shape after the battering i have given them this last week. I looked at other small sets around but as i allready use craftamo small detail set and also there large set (which are my favourite to use) i seen these and knew i wouldnt be let down, plus they were on offer . Craftamo has become my favourite art supplier to deal with!I’ve tried various brands over the years and had to compromise quality for a lower price, or if i had a few more pennies I might spend a bit more knowing it would be a one off. With this brand there is no sacrifice to be made. So pleased I took a chance with purchasing....i am slowly building on my collection of brushes and pens. Thank you Craftamo 😊

Awesome set, great quality brushes. I use them for oil paint, they actually hold the paint unlike some other cheap nylon brushes. Very good quality for the price,I've compared it to other more expensive artist brushes and find these of similar performace. I can only comment on it's use as I've only used it once,but will probably last longer than most cheaper brushes I've tried in recent years.

Wife's new favourite brushes. You would not tell these are synthetic. Beautiful soft black and silver bristles. Keep there form well after multiple use. Clean up great. Have used with oil and acrylic. Price point per set is unbeatable and follow up service is thoughtful!!!Now hurry up and release the other two editions pleaseeeee lol!!! :-)
