I tried to use these with 'Nad's Sugar Wax' but the wax seeped through the strips, even when at room temperature. It also seeped through when I folded the strips in half. I guess you could fold them in thirds or quarters but I would suggest looking for a different kind if you're going to use it with sugar wax.

Use them as lint free wipes for nails and they’re perfect for that
