Where was it made

There was no instructions in the box. How can it be used for 3/8" drive? If you turn it the right way to use it, you can't read the scale.

Plan on using this for a few rear end builds. Is this accurate enough?

Adapter fit - when I push the adapter all the way in, no matter the orientation/side, my adapter seems to "pop" out 2mm = anyone else?
