This is a convenient and easy way to lift your colour instantly in one use to a yellow blonde hue (in my personal experience!), however I wouldn't recommend using it long term. The smell is quite bad - very chemically and VERY strong. It makes my eyes water and after using it four times (with space between so as to not fry my hair since this contains hydrogen peroxide) my hair was dull and quite dry even after multiple Olaplex leave in serums/treatments. The fact this product REQUIRES heat to really work (hairdryer, straighteners etc) also doesn't help the condition of your hair after each application. It does what it says on the bottle - lifts up to two shades, but the range (again in MY experience) is limited to shades of bright yellow. I was a light blonde before applying this spray (level 7/8) and just wanted to brighten up my colour to a level 8/9 without having to reach for a box dye. This did not achieve what I had hoped for, but it DID lighten. I toned my hair after the fourth use due to the yellowness and this did combat the awful brassy/yellow, but it also darkened my hair significantly again. Overall, not really worth the effort. I won't be using the rest of the spray because I'm worried about the effect it will have on my hair long term (it's VERY strong) and quite frankly, the unpleasant smell is too strong to put up with any longer without better colour payoff. Give it a try if your goal is yellow blonde and you are prepared with damage rescue remedies. If not, steer clear and stick to tried and tested dye.

I have repurchased this many times. I spray this onto my roots after showering and then blow dry my hair. It has a chemical smell when sprayed but this does not stay on my hair when dry. It doesn’t make my hair dry or sticky. I can’t feel that I have put it in once my hair is dry. The bottle lasts me a long time- and I do find it lifts the colour very effectively even from one use.

Works well, needs a bit of heat (or a hot sunny day) to activate. Has lightened and makes it look natural if you comb it through rather than spray it on.

Funciona bien en cabello color natural moreno claro. Lo use 8-10 veces junto con el acondicionador de la misma marca y gama Go Blonder. Uso: después de lavarlo y secar con toalla. No use secador de pelo como pone en las instrucciones, pero aún así funcionó bien. Adjunto fotos antes y después. Las fotos son hechas a luces diferentes. El cambio no es tan dramático, pero si existe.
