Excellent protection at low cost and good comfort.
Purchased for my dad for garden trimming jobs. He wears glasses so regular protective goggles can be difficult to wear and even the best ventilated ones tend to steam up rapidly and become useless, or the elasticated headband perishes whilst in storage and so is useless the next time he needs them. This product solves those problems and adds head protection as well. Assembly is quick and simple, but don’t forget to remove the protective film from the clear visor. Fitting the visor can be a bit fiddly, but you won’t need to do so again unless you have to replace the visor at a later date. I suggest removing the protective film AFTER fitting the visor to protect it from scratches during fitting. The product comes with a simple and non-perishable plastic headband with a removable washable sweatband, and adjusts for fit using a simple turn-buckle at the rear which lengthens and shortens the headband. The visor flips up and down easily but that mechanism is also not too loose, so the visor stays in whichever position you require. Unlike simple protective goggles, the visor protects the whole face. Don’t be put off by the cheap price, this is a well-made and well-designed piece of Personal Protective Equipment.

Good face protection
I needed a face protection when I was doing some pressure washing of our path way. It can be adjusted easily and is comfortable to wear. You must take off the protective film on both sides of the face shield to see properly. The one I bought was previously sold but came as new and discounted price, I would recommend this product.

Protect your eyes
I wear spectacles so impact protection glasses can't easily be worn as I need my varifocal lenses when doing projects and chores. For years I have had some old rubber protective galsses to wear over the top of my specs but they are a pain. Even with these on when using s trimmer or weed whacker I have been hit in the face, mainly cheeks, chin and forehead by fast flying debris which has hurt like a hornet sting. If this had been my eyes, I guess loss of sight would have been a possibility. This new face shield and visor is easy to assemble, seems very well made and will protect my eyes and all of my face. Very easy to flip up and down and optically clear. I shall be using this when I have my yard-work and chores to do. I value what eyesight I have left.

Perfectly good if you don't need a mask. Still using this 8 years later

Good Value
Excellent Value for your money...the face guard arrived all in good time and is of a good sturdy construction, which is good enough for me, an infrequent DIY enthusiast. The visor has a protective Blue and Clear film on both sides and is easy adjusted to the helmet but be mindful to take the clear film off otherwise it looks frosty....However I think the best feature is the turn dial at the back head guard which allows for a quick and easy adjustment too your head size...They say you get what you pay for....I think you get more than what you pay for with this guard, "Well worth the £6 quid to me anyway".

OK
A cheap and cheerful bit of PPE which served my purpose (cutting stainless bar with angle grinder). It is a pretty flimsy piece of kit which I strongly recommend is not used for protection for heavy duty jobs e.g. when cutting large tiles/slabs - the visor is cheap polycarbonate which easily shatters. Also, to note that the face shield is delivered covered on both sides with poly' film - other reviewers seem to have removed just the one side and then complained about the cloudy visor !

Good value - but remove the films!
I bought this for protecting my face when using a hedge trimmer. I thought it was a joke when it arrived as the visor was blue and not very transparent! There are actually two pieces of blue film on the front and back that obviously must be peeled off. These are so well placed however you'd struggle to realise it! I've seen other reviewers say the same. Anyway its a great value piece of equipment and is I love the fact that you can put it on your head then twist the knob on the back to tighten it, rather then resize then try putting it on. Also the visor can be slid upwards if you need to temporarily move it (to drink your tea!). It's lightweight and tough, although it does feel a little bit flimsy. Well recommended though for full facial protection.

Steam free
Seems cheap quality at first but one assembled it works great no more Google's steaming up ...very comfortable too and for the price very good. Just unsure how well the Flexi plastic is but it did stop any chips that hit it.
