Hi! is it possible to get and or order a replacement cable for my bag? the usb-c was defective when arriving and is there a name for the wire?

The bag is from China it uses a different wattage. Mine and every other one I've seen sold to anyone in the USA doesn't work either. Seller refuses to admit it

Main material is polycarbonate(PC).

How do you charge the backpack? and how do you know when it's fully charged? I don't see nay indicator lights.

There is no power bank included in the backpack, you need to put your own power bank. Its USB port allows you to connect the power bank inside the backpack to charge the phone in your hand when you are outside.

Will this fit an 18in laptop?

I would say yes to an 18 inch laptop but no to anything higher. I have a 17 inch laptop and there is at least 1 more inch but that's all.
