I'm 52, been training for years, Look the gym is 70% diet..... This is good quality creatine, I have been taking it for about a year, yes the tablets are a bit on the big side..... But you take them for the results, not because they are sweets right? 🤷‍♂️

I will be buying another tube or two of this Creatine as I have to admit I found it hard to take the tablet form so I use my blender and turn them into power form which is a lot easier for me to take and I take it with a vitamin drink every morning before hard training/resisting training and have seen a massive difference in my own well being and muscles, not as tired as I use to be and have more strength/more power in my training. I like it and will be buying more of this as it is so pure and easier to take in a vitamin drink. There is a lot of different brands but my own opinion I love this and have tried others but I will stay with this product. Try it as it may work for you or you may not like it, but don't expect a over night fix as you need to use it for some weeks to see the difference. Try to do a sugar free diet it does help.

Its good creatine, best one I've used, I would have given the older, smaller tablets a 5/5, but the new larger ones aren't great, they're huge and chalky, very hard to swallow, I have to bite them into 4 or 5 small pieces and one will still get stuck in my throat, bit if a pain to take now

I've only been taking the creatine tablets for a couple of days but I'm already more than happy with the product. I've only ever had creatine in powder form, so it does feel like a bit much to have so many tablets once or twice a day, but they don't taste bad or anything and they're not too difficult to swallow, although if they were a bit smaller it would be even easier.

Previously these were great, i have been using them for some years now. However the tablets recently doubled in size, and also changed shape so they now have sharp edges, which makes them unswallowable. I will happily buy more if they change them back.

I used CM in powder form from my protein for years and really struggled to take it as it never really dissolved and left a bitter after taste. Thought I’d give these a go, and goodness me after 5 weeks of usage, post loading phase my performances have improved. I have more energy, endurance and explosive power. I just need to nail down my diet and I should be stronger and leaner by summer. CM is probably the only scientifically proven supplement out there that works and these tablets for me prove that. 2 more tubs ordered!!

It’s pure unflavoured creatine, there is nothing more to say about this. The tablets are small because everyone was moaning that the 1g tablets were massive. What do you expect? If you want a 1g creatine tablet, then it’s going to be massive. Bite it in half and quit complaining. These tablets are small, the size of a paracetamol. That means that they are less than half a gram each which means that five tablets equal 2g. Therefore you want to be eating 10-15 tablets per day. If this is a problem, then get the massive hard to swallow ones, or powder and mix it up in water. Personally I like these tablets because I can chuck a load in my pocket when on the move and take a handful as required.
