This shade is exactly as described. The dimensions were just right for a lamp I was creating (as a gift) from a decorative bottle.The color is a soft hue of gold; translucent, with a light gold trim on top and bottom of shade.It arrived on time and with a cellophane wrap protecting it.

I have a number of small table lamps that use a similar ring fitting with bulb. This ring is too small to fit over the lamp so sits too high. Not use able. Very disappointed. No paperwork came with it for return info and not worth paying more shipping costs.

Delicate looking, beautiful and sturdy. It is a very lovely shade but would not fit around the bottom of the std bulb in the lamp. Luckily I had a small lamp in my office with a smaller bulb and it fit it fine, so I kept it and I really like it. Just wanted to give a heads up that it wont fit a full size bulb unless you have a dremel tool and widen the hole, I guess.

Fits my small kitchen counter lamp perfectly. Was exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I only use a 40 watt bulb in this small lamp - but with the opaque silver shade - it emits the perfect amount of light.

These are really nice and they allow a lot of light to shine through. I only wish they were just a little less transparent.
