Does it have leds? If so can u remove them? If there r no leds can u add them?

Adam, this case does not come with LEDs. You can use either led fans (I recommend xigmatech ones with LEDs) or the Hue or Hue Plus by NZXT

Can i replace this cases fans with the corsair HD140 rgb fans?

Yeah, the included 3 fans (2 front, 1 rear) are all 140mm and entirely replaceable. There is also capacity on the top of the case for an additional 2 140mm fans

If using a h150i pro 360mm cpu cooler, is there enough clearance for an optical drive in the 5.25" bays?

you may have to move optical down to 2 bay down or even 3rd bay to get it working properly,1st and 2nd bay might not have enough space.sorry im using air cooler.
