I am very happy with this doghouse so far. It was easy enough to assemble, although you need an electric drill with a screwdriver bit and someone to help hold the roof while while you are assembling it. I haven't had it long enough to comment on how weatherproof it is, but I see no design flaws at all. The porch overhang should keep water from getting inside. The floor is slatted so if a little water gets it it will drain. I had one of those plastic igloo style doghouses that I returned because the water pooled inside when it rained and it was a lake. My dog is 45 lbs and it is plenty big for her. My 130-lb lab may he RIP would have been too big for it. Not sure if it would be warm enough for sub zero temperatures but my dog would only use it during the day when I am gone for a few hours.

I have this “condo” for my dogs and bought another one for my daughter to have for her dogs. I like the way the door is covered and the rain and snow does not get the dog beds wet.

Not worth the money.

Love this doghouse. Large enough for our Australian Shepherd. Easy to put together.
