I have had to purchase three different phone/tablet holders over the years due to the fact that they were all made specifically for one device and one device only. Firstly, a normal iPad one which like all Apple add-ons, was ridiculously expensive. I then bought a Samsung tablet which needed another different sized holder again. Neither of these two would hold a phone of any sort as they had a fixed size side which was made to the specific size of the tablet for which it was bought. The next one I bought was for the Apple iPad Pro. This one was slightly better (although very expensive), as it had two spring sides. But it could only take larger tablets as the smallest size it could take was actually quite wide due to the spacing of the springs. Then, at last, a truly universal holder that can take virtually any size of phone or tablet up to the iPad Pro's 12.9". The Elitehood is very well made with an interchangeable arm which can go directly on top of a microphone stand for use with public speakers, meeters and greeters etc. The other attachment which actually screws on to the holder via a clever slip ring assembly, has a clamp which can clamp on to a microphone stand or table or anything you want it to really. The actual holder part is easy to move to any angle required yet sturdy enough not to move once set. This will be the only tablet/phone holder you will ever need to buy as it will take a wide variety of different sized tablets and should last a lifetime due to it's sturdy design.

So happy to find something more suitable for everything. Honestly so happy with this product! Versatile and sturdy. Sets up the way I want it, clamps perfectly on a mic stand- haven't used it on the top of mic stand yet but looks easy enough and convenient to unscrew from the arm and place on top of mic stand. It's a little heavier than the stand I had before, but makes up for it by being solid. I can also unscrew it from the arm quickly and pack in my bag neatly instead of it being at all angles taking up too much space. The only downside I can see in the long run is that there is no way of gently moving the joint that adjust the angle of the stand by unscrewing and screwing back on again - Concerned that after prolonged use it may untighten over time and may become too loose to use. I may be wrong though, time will tell! I've bought two more - one for my partner and another for my phone which is a Samsung z fold 4. The reason I mention this is because almost no tablet/phone holders will hold my phone! Usually too big or too small but this product holds it tightly and I don't feel like it will drop to it's death! Thanks!

Really pleased with this. Lots of adjustment to get perfect position on mic stand. No need for a music stand any more. Just insert iPad into position set to scroll and away you go Great product

Mostly looks really good and works well. Unfortunately though, the screw that tightens it up to a mic stand is lose or cross-threaded so it doesn't stay on very securely.

Love these! I bought two so band members could see lyrics, music and tabs. I use it every time I practice. Sturdiness: Its made of actual metal (not the cheap plastic most products are made of these days). Solid Grip: Holds my Samsung tablet while in its case! did not expect that. Also holds a metal small sheet music holder. Fit: It has perfectly placed charger cable holes so I can charge the tablet while using it or run a direct line to the amp so there is no delay. I never worry about it falling off because of the vise grip and rubber coating on the grip which protects the phone/tablet and the stand it clinging to. The mounting grip is wide enough to put on larger bars (like the electric drum set and tight enough to hold on to tiny bars (like the mic stand). Fun fact: it has larger threads so you're not tightening the grip for days. Flexibility: about a 9.5/10 Only because some times you have to look at what's going on behind the tablet/phone to make it work but it always works. I love how adjustable it is and how it actually stays in the configuration its placed in without compromising Value for the money: 5/5 and 9.8/10 would recommend and will buy more if needed.
