Good product. I can see growth. Does not have any flavour or after taste. Make sure to drink enough water, it can at times feel like it us sticking in your throat.

Very good product. The hair started growing after first course. It caused me some white spots on face but only temporary they dissapeared after i stopped taking vitamins. It’s worth it if you had a severe hair loss like i did after a baby

I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR 3 MONTHS NOW, IT DID TAKE ABOUT 2 MONTHS FOR ME TO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MY NAILS AS IT NEEDS TO GET INTO YOUR SYSTEMI HAD VERY SOFT NAILS WHICH SPLIT BEFORE THEY GOT TO THE TOP OF MY NAIL GROWTH AND ANY TIME I KNOCKED MY NAILS THEY WOULD BE DAMAGED, THRU' MENOPAUSE I THINK AS THIS IN QUITE COMMON.NOW MY NAILS ARE AWESOME PEOPLE ASK ME IF THEY ARE REAL LOL!!! I HAVE BEEN SPENDING ££££ ON FINDING WHAT WORKS FOR ME AND THIS IS IT !!! ALSO USE A NAIL HARDNER TO GIVE ADDED PROTECTION SO FOR NAILS IT WAS GREAT. Been taking this for some time, it is easy to swallow, tasteless and the effect on nails is within days. I take for nails, skin and hair as it says on the packet and also for muscles / bone integrety. Worth the money for either a one off course of capsules for a couple of months boost or longer term as needed. HIghly recommended.

I did a three-month cure before the summer and my hair was actually growing thicker. A colleauge said that was an established truth among her friends. I wouldn't know if it does anything for my nails, I don't manicure. I hope it will make it easier for my skin to tolerate this winters cold weather and season chocolates. The only downside is the price, yet this is the best deal I've got so far. And more important: It's the best buy because it contains far more of the active ingredients than any other brand, head for the manufacturer's site, then compare.

This product claims to help with skin hair and nails. The only notable difference it made was my nails grew at a fast rate, which is great if you want long nails. It is just completely useless otherwise and I am disappointed having spent so much buying 6 months supply
