Bought for road trip!
I have yet to use this product which has been bought in preparation for an imminent American road trip. On the face of it the mount feels of a good quality and is well constructed, I will definitely be making use of the lanyard supplied with the item to further secure my GoPro 5 to the outside of our rental car. After sales is really good too with the Goma making contact to check I am happy with the purchase. I will report further should I experience any issues with the mount.Update - Just returned from our road trip and I can honestly say the mount worked perfectly, sticking solidly to both the inside and outside of the windscreen. Excellent item which I am happy to recommend.

Sticks and stays on brilliantly
I've just bought this for my new go pro hero 5. I love it! I actually got a cheap one included as part of a pack of tons of accessories but as I'll be using it on the outside of my camper van I wanted something I could trust not to fail!! Tested it yesterday in a ski resort with snow and wind battering it! It stayed firmly in place :) always use a tether to attach to a wing mirror in case it does drop but it feels super secure. Great product, amazing price.

Good piece of kit
Really impressed with this bit of kit. I've used it on the outside of the car in the rain up to 60mph, tested it on my window in my office and left it for several days without it shifting. Really can't recommend it enough. My only desire would be to have one more axis of control so that the camera mount could rotate. The suction cup can be rotated so it's not a big deal at all. Love it love it love it

Sturdy simple solution to place go pro on car windscreen
Took a little while to figure out the best position on my car windscreen but once it was in place it didn't budge. I haven't tried it anywhere else yet but so far so great!

Brilliant. Rock Solid!
This is brilliant. Rock solid suction. We used it on our very tough Serengeti Safari on very bumpy roads and it never came off. Stayed on for literally hours as we timelapsed the whole Safari. The tether gave us added confidence although it never came into play because the mount never came off. A fraction of the GoPro original price and just as good.

Couldn't ask for a better mount..
This was perfect for mounting the gopro on my car window on a recent road trip.It did not fall off at all when mounted to the windows. It wasnt very good when mounting it to the paintwork however, then it kept falling off.Using the provided cord is a nice fail safe incase it does fall off at all.

Very good buy!
So far so good. Today i travelled on a 2 hour journey & this mount is solid. I was very impressed. It could be a bit more manoeuvrable but for the price its more of the only thing i could find wrong. I didn't use the safety wire and it ended up I didnt need it. Very good piece of kit.
