Fibre supplement
After a long winded faff from Royal Mail in delivering the item (it was initially sent over 200 miles away from our address, how is beyond me) everything was resolved with the seller providing first class support in checking the progress of the delivery. The items arrived very well packaged, one of the best I've ever seen. In all, the beetroot based fibre supplement should provide useful extra nutritional benefit.

Does what it says..
Downside is the price so if you can get there I discoverd it in Boots for half the price! I have given it 5 stars though as It does reduce your apitite and it has no added suger, salt, starch, yeast, flavorings colours or preservatives. I experianced no adverse effects and its made in Leicestershire UK.

These products I have read about and know something about them.
Well I have chosen these products as I went to investigate about it on internet and talking to herbalists the books I have chosen as these were used by my children when they were small they are clasics and very good.

Disgusting
Wow, didn't know insoluble fibre tabs could be so bad. Have used another brand before but unfortunately it is no longere available on Amazon. Decided to try these. They start to disintegrate the instant they meet any moisture - in this case the mouth - and taste absolutely terrible. They also led to an extremely uncomfortable stomach due largely to their taste. Beetroot, beetroot, beetroot. Yuk. Wouldn't buy again even if they were free.

They do work but...
absolutely horrible to swallow. These capsules turn to mush as soon as liquid threatens to touch them and they basically taste like mould. Whilst they do absorb alot of water you will be left with a sort of dry mould taste
