I've got loads of pairs of these grips, all 3 different sizes......every set of dumbells have been transformed.....they are the most expensive because they are the best.....you get what you pay for......trust me they are worth it, they torch your biceps, forearms & vastly improve hand strength & grip, I've other cheaper pairs to compare......these are the best & very high quality grips.....get some.

Durable good grip at the beginning abit stiff when changing it over but in time it gets better I ve got the blue ones as well this make is a really very good

These fat grips are absolutely fantastic and great quality. They really do emmulate thick bars which are not always available in gyms. The pumps are amazing as you activate untapped muscles in your forearms.The service and delivery was super quick and I really appreciate the email and training plan provided by the creators. Fat Gripz will always be in my arsenal for arm day, just remember to warm up your thumbs before using them.

Outstanding product

Fat gripz are more specific to power or open hand strength than bigger arms, so extremes are much better than black and blue editions. Great quality and makes gripping more challenging so happy

I now own 2 pairs of day gripz, the blue pro grips and the orange fat grips extreme.I love both for different exercises. I tend to use the blue grips with my resistance bands and the orange gripz on my dumb bells. Both really challenge my grip but are excellent to use.Would highly recommend!

These are really good, I have other fat grips but these are the better ones as they grip the bar or dumbells nicely

I compete in arm wrestling and these beauties are a closure match to holding a human hand compared to the normal ones.Perfect for rolling thunder lifts as they really try to open up your hand.The leaflet that came with advises against a "false grip" ie a thumb over, but for me, this makes it a fair bit harder and really strains at your forearm muscles.Lovely to grip abs I wager I will get a few years use.
