I love this beautiful sleek pitcher which is hopefully filtering my water well! The water tastes so clean! Love it! Smaller than those big plastic water filter containers but who needs plastic! Need to reread the instructions to find out where/how to order replacement filters but it lasts a long time.

My glass pitcher fell and broke into thousands of pieces. Little did I know that a stainless pitcher was always a better way to go. This pitcher is elegant; sturdy; easy to use; and huge in terms of its capacity. Greatness for Amazon once again.

Great pitcher, have used for 5 year now. Our filtered water is fine, but the filter packs just improve the taste i think. The pitcher is always full and ready in the frig to encourage more water drinking, i refill often from tap and good to go. Started using it to stop buying plastic bottles ! Creates a great habit !

Update after two months -- Okay, I finally tested my tap water and found it to already be in a good range (7-ish). After adding tap water to the filter/pitcher, it seems unchanged pH-wise. Same after 5 minutes and after 60 minutes. Water didn't taste bad before, but I think it tastes slightly better using the filtration, which also adds minerals and (they say) takes out some bad stuff. On the jiggly handle front, the handle has a screw that seems to be not a US standard screw. My Phillips head screwdriver couldn't tighten it, but a flat head screwdriver DID finally. Since it's just one screw holding the handle to this expensive pitcher, I decided to add some glue for more strength. It being a lovely wooden handle, any jiggling can damage it over time. So, I think this little precaution is warranted. Original review: I especially like that the filter is NOT in a plastic housing -- way too much disposable plastic in the world! My water didn't taste bad before, so can't judge on that, but I just prefer not to drink tap water. The pitcher holds 8 cups; a good amount for one person for one day. Happy with this purchase. I will note that the wooden handle jiggles just a little bit, and the screw is not loose. That concerns me that the handle will break down, and the pitcher would be pretty useless without the handle. I'm going to try to add some glue.

The pitcher is attractive, fits will in the fridge, is sturdy, and easy to use. The water tastes good. We have well water that is pretty acidic, so this is a good way to try the alkaline water before we think about doing something to the whole house. I ordered a pitcher and a glass bottle, and some refills. The glass bottle has a covering for protection against breakage, but my husband accidentally dropped it on concrete the very first day he had it, and sadly it did not survive. He contacted the company and they immediately sent a replacement free of charge. I will say that the instructions are not really clear about whether or not you should leave the alkaline pack in the water or take it out, but the directions imply that it should be taken out after 3-5 minutes, so this is what we do. In the chat with customer service we also found that it should be stored in the refrigerator when not alkalizing the water.

Word of warning... not every body needs alkaline water. Our bodies are designed to balance the pH themselves. But I didn't know this and jumped on this because the tap water in the area where I live is very hard and tastes awful. At first the clean great tasting water was awesome! About a month after I started drinking alkaline water from this pitcher & filter, though, bad digestive issues started. Nothing else in my diet had changed - I wasn't eating or drinking anything new. It lasted for about 3 weeks and I finally talked to my doctor. She told me to stop drinking this filtered water immediately because that was likely the source. Within a week of stopping my digestive issues were gone. I hate leaving bad reviews but I firmly believe that the ingredients in this filter and the alkaline water caused my horrible digestive issues. I also did some research and discovered that alkaline water can actually cause major problems for people with kidney disease and other health issues! Isn't that something that Ivigorated Water should put as a warning in their product description? All of this is to say do your homework before plunking down $63 for this pitcher and talk to your doctor before you start drinking alkaline water.

I’ve had this for a little over 2 months with heavy use & am very happy with it!! It has held up well with our family! The plastic pitcher we had got knocked off the counter one too many times & was unusable, we even used it without a handle for a while before the last fall. We have small kitchen space & this is the perfect size, plus it’s stainless steel! No plastic! Yay! Proud to have it on my counter! Super easy to use, just put the pouch in the pitcher! Just ordered new pouches so that is the reason for the review. The water does give me added energy & clarity, really like the whole alkaline concept here. The lid still looks good with no rust, some reviews said they had rust & almost detoured me from buying this. Does it totally filter the water? No, it’s more of a treatment, read their information & decide for yourself what is more beneficial. It’s a keeper for me
