Over priced but fills the gap
We have now purchased around 10 of these - as they are the only thing on the market around this sort of price. But I will say that they are completely overpriced for what they are - I would imagine the build cost to be around £1-2! The speaker is very quiet and the design isn't helpful in so far as it should replicate what a real AED does. However, these units require pads on first and then connection from the pads to the unit (which in a real AED would always be pre-connected) which is how the unit knows to move forward with the instructions. I appreciate that it isn't easy to design a unit where there can be some other sort of 'pads on' function (where it knows pads are in place) but at the same time for £40 I would expect something a little more intelligent and better built. They definitely found a monopoly market (at least for the time being) with this.

Could be better, ok for domestic use.
Single scenario use, very quiet in a normal class, however if you are using at home or in a quiet setting, should be ok.Very small,very light , great for an instructor.No remote.Easy to change batteries.Pads standard and seem to be holding up after a few sessions.Bought from RLSS as lowest price and helps support them.MUCH cheaper than the big brand ones, and really tiny and light to carry.

Perfect for training
This is my 4th unit and has been the most competitively priced. Perfect for training, portable and affordable. I use one with each training manikin on my First Aid courses.

Cheap, effective and very user friendly
This is a safe and easy to use option for defib training. Volume is very quiet but pads keep their stickiness and gives everyone the confidence they need to use any model. Would highly recommend. I use in a school setting so they take a bit of rough handling and still survive.
