its bitter sweet....
Well i ordered the black one but they sent me the silver one instead, the bar code says black clrearly says but the box obviously didnt... i prefer black but i guess theres no straightening difference. ... and it feels like any other hair straightener my hair is noticeable a little softer which is nice but Alas! it still pulls at your hair but none more than usual i love that it heats up supre fast and has a heat setting control. And the shiny plates that keep yucky bacteria away is amazing im always doing hair and its nice now having to worry about the germs! All in all with out the color mistake id give it a 8 1/2 out of ten 10! :)
