Very helpful, an excellent product. I have benefited enormously from the magnesium with slow release. I used to suffer from migraines, even in my sixties, and nothing helped until I read that some research had been done showing that magnesium supplements could help migraine sufferers. I started taking the product and the migraines I'd had for 40 years stopped immediately: I can now drink wine and eat chocolate!

Best magnesium ever and causes so GI side effects. Great for energy and regulating sleep! I'm using this as part of a protocol (recommended by a top practitioner) and it has made a big different to my health. I take it with food for best results. I'm super sensitive to supplements and this has only had good effects on me. I'll probably use it regularly in the future. Definitely recommended!

These worked for me, no ahem digestive issues, and I'm very sensitive to magnesium. I spread my dosage out through the day rather than taking them all at once. I read another comment about them possibly containing Thalates - I emailed Jigsaw and they stated in writing that they do not contain Thalates.

Great product! I take this to help with pain caused by a Fibromyalgia type of illness, and it helps immensely. Bit expensive maybe, but worth the price in my opinion.

This product has definitely made a difference. I have more energy and muscle cramps have almost disappeared. I will be buying more of this in near future. Take this in conjunction with the Stop/Start protocol at gotmag.orgBe careful on dosage. I found that four tablets too much. Now take two a day which seems right for me. This could be due to other high magnesium foods which I regularly eat such as almonds and dark chocolate :).

I purchase these for my husband as they were recommended to keep blood pressure under control.

I have taken this particular supplement for several years, it is the best I have found and this brand was highly recommended by my doctor. It is easy for me to swallow and there is no taste nor residual taste during the day. It is easy to obtain from the seller, I order it and it is here within 2 days at the most.

I earlier wrote a positive review for this, which Amazon disallowed. Am trying again, but I don't know what I'm allowed to say. This product works well for me.

I’ve been taking a different kind of magnesium for a year. At my yearly physical this year I still came back magnesium deficient. Granted, women burn through magnesium very quickly but I was bummed to say the least. The other product I was taking had a lot less magnesium in it so I was specifically looking for a magnesium that had 4x my body weight in MGs of magnesium. This one was an affordable option i think for the amount offered. I don’t love that it’s 4 tablets but they’re easy to get down and don’t cause any stomach upset for me. Oddly enough, while my other magnesium was specifically to help with sleep I have noticed this one really really helps me sleep.

Very good magnesium which works well at a dose of 2 per day.The price has gone up $10 or 25% in three months. Discontinuing as there are othe magnesium choices which will do the job at a fraction of the price.

I haven't seen them this comfortable with life and even mundane things like ordering in a restaurant for years. It's such an incredible relief to see them regaining their ability to function in day-to-day life and school.If you're not familiar with the mechanics, here's how my kid's psychiatrist explained it to me:Your body has a production line that goes like this:folic acid --> methylfolate --> seratonin+other neurotransmittersOne job of the MTHFR gene is right there in the middle of that chain, converting folic acid into folate (which is then used as a building block for many neurotransmitters). So while the typical "SSRI" drugs can keep more of your existing neurotransmitters active, taking methylfolate can help your body create more of them in the first place. Which explains why the prescription version of folate (maybe 5x the dosage of this over-the-counter option) is used to enhance the effectiveness of SSRIs. And why taking just a folic acid supplement didn't seem to make any difference at all for my child, since their body wasn't able to effectively convert it.So years of antidepressants made only a tiny dent in my child's ability to function, but adding this into the mix has had phenomenal results. I couldn't be more happy or relieved.If you've done your homework, you'll know this is the "good" methylfolate ("L5" is good, "D5" is bad; "6(S)" is good, "S(R)" is bad), and notice it comes with B12 and B6 for optimal processing (and to ensure it doesn't inadvertently mask a B6/12 deficiency).
