Challenging!
This is as difficult as it claims. Once the outline is complete, the remaining pieces are only in two shapes. As the picture is the same on both sides there are two identical pieces for each slot, but only one is right. I love it.

Brilliant and fun
I bought this puzzle as an annoying Christmas present for my other half and he opened it up asking if I hated him lol.We finally started doing it a week or 2 ago- I worked out a clever method to save time- and we’ve finally completed it. Yes it’s only 529, being double sided with the same image rotated it is a bit tricky but not the most difficult puzzle, it is fun though. My other half was happy I bought it for him nearly half way through completing it.

Not difficult (depending on your approach)
Not as difficult as I was expecting, especially since I'd been told that a parent's friend had taken over four weeks to complete it (with plenty of time to work on it each day). It took me maybe 1-2 hours to complete the edges and realise that the pattern is mirrored, not rotated, and then 12 hours at most (in bits and pieces over the next five days) to complete the whole thing, particularly after I split up the two types of pieces (all tab vs. all slot) and took a very focused/logical approach. But if you prefer to keep all your pieces in one mass, and try to find random correct pieces, then yes, this is has the potential to be very long-winded and frustrating.

Ideal Xmas present when you want the TV
Got it for hubby and initially he started with, "how difficult can it be?", then he realised it was double sided with same picture!!He then confidentially picked out the corner pieces and made a start. 1.5 hrs later he has about 15 pieces assembled and he seems to resemble someone with tourettes with the ocasssional giggle if he finds a piece that fits.I, on the other hand, am sat on the sofa with the TV remote watching my shows:-).Its a shame the jigsaw pieces arent just a little bit thicker, but that would be my only gripe.Brilliant gift that will keep someone occupied for, well, i suspect at least a few days.Even better gift if theres only 1 tv and you have different tastes in shows.
