So the serum in here has some nice skin calming ingredients but nothing earth shattering which is unsurprising given the price. Nothing harmful in here at all to worry about.I personally love these face masks because the gel feel mask is cooling and makes me stop lay down and take some time looking after myself and just relaxing.The cooling can calm my skin and help a little with puffiness but it's more about the self care ritual than any long term benefits for me.
