MUJI 0.38mm Black Gel Ink Pen (Pack of 5)

This makes my handwriting look extra neat. I use this mostly with my Moleskine diary and it works well with the paper thickness. Good solid black line. Nice pen design, I like that you can peal the label off easily without it leaving a sticky residue. It looks clean (if that matters to you), I personally hate it when labels rub away.

I've used the Pilot G-tec C4 pens before and re-purchased them recently but found that the ink is inconsistent. I came across the Muji pens and found that they're a much better replacement, the ink flows more consistently, and is thin enough without being scratchy. I've been using it for around a week and haven't had the ink skip even once. Personal preference, I found that the barrel is slightly too thick for me to make it comfortable and I wish there was a grip for it but it's perfectly usable still. It arrived well before I expected it to and at a great price too. Would highly recommend.

I love these pens!!! It could just be the small tips, but they have been great for using in my bullet journal. The ink dries really quick, and you can get some really nice looking lines out of them.I've found that they don't smudge when I go over them with markers, and using them means I can write more in a small space. Totally love these and will definitely purchase again when they run out. (Which doesn't look to be any time soon)

Really good quality black lines. It feels really nice to grip and it feels good to work with however the tip is a little too sharp and it can sometimes make it difficult. Overall it’s worth it.

Excellent fine tipped pen. Be aware that the tips are sealed for shipping and you need to pick off the seal before use

Fantastic quality pens. They write so well. Arrived much earlier than expected too. The nib is very fine, which is perfect for me since my handwriting is quite small. Now that I've used the 0.38 I'm going to find it hard going back to my old 0.5 and 0.7 ink pens! I only wish they were waterproof too so I could use them with my highlighters.

It was the first time writing with Muji pens. At first due to them being 0.38mm and me being comfortable writing with a 1mm pen felt a bit weird. Overall they are really nice and comfortable to write with. If you want to write fast though go for a bigger size than 0.38mm.

I love a scratchy pen and while I appreciate the fine point on these pens and the smooth flow, I personally prefer the Pilot Gtec 0.4 for the scratchiness and a slightly comfier hold.
