Platinum Ink Cartridges - Black (Pack of 10)

Bought for a Platinum 3776 fountain pen and I am very pleased with these. Sealed with a little ball bearing that pushes into the cartridge when inserted and allows you to mix the ink when the cartridge is in the pen. Good quality black ink that is very smooth to write with, gives a consistent line with a fine nib, and produces a dense black colour on the page. You may find them cheaper elsewhere if you browse some specialist pen shops, but they are a very good cartridge. Please note that PLATINUM is a very good Japanese pen maker, nothing at all to do with the PLATIGNUM brand - seems daft for Amazon to offer suggested multi-buys of Platinum blue cartridges and Platignum pens!!

Good product

Just great. Neat cartridges with a little ball bearing at the end to aid ink flow (presumably). You can hear the ball sliding about though as you tilt the pen, doesn't bother me but it does make it sound slightly rattly. Fit nicely and firmly in the Platinum Preppy, ink is good, permanent and doesn't smudge or bleed at all when wet. Very nice.

Good quality ink and look to have a little ball bearing in them to stop the ink from sticking. Pretty big as well so last a decent time too and a great price considering this is a ten pack for what are superb fountain pens. Good all round, no complaints.

They work fine. They're ink cartridges. I don't know how well they would work on other non-Platinum brand fountain pens, but for my Platinum Preppy/Plaisir pens, they work just fine. No complaints.
