Does it come off with normal remover

Yes, provided it's pure acitone, you can buy this in most pharmacists or superdrug etc, it's not very expensive. You won't be able to rub it off with cotton wool soaked in acetone like ordinary nail polish, you will have to warp the soaked cotton wool around the nails then warp that in silver foil & wait approximately 20 mins for the gel polish to soften.
