If your body doesn't get enough calcium and vitamin D3 to support important functions, it takes calcium from your bones. This is called losing bone mass. Losing bone mass makes the inside of your bones become weak and porous. This puts you at risk for the bone disease and osteoporosis. The correct amount of Calcium we consume is vitally important to our bodies, although it can initially be difficult to judge if we are receiving the required amount through food alone, this is because calcium deficiency symptoms can be sometimes difficult to detect. One of the first signs is can be tiredness, but we often contribute this to other factors. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Experts agree that a diet rich in calcium helps people of all ages prevent the onset of osteoporosis, however, many Western diets do not provide enough calcium. Our pleasant tasting, vanilla flavoured chewable Calcium tablet is combined with Vitamin D3 which is important, as it increases calcium absorption in the gut and encourages the uptake of calcium from the blood into bone. Good Value Supplement.
Pleasant tasting tablet, easy to take, good value for money.My only negative comment has to be the packaging. The envelope was enormous. Unnecessarily large for the contents. I had to find a bottle to decant the tablets into in order to fit them into my cupboard! The other minor complaint is that because these tablets were rattling around in the packaging some of them were broken.Other than that I would recommend them and would buy them again, however, another form of packaging would be appreciated.

healing bones
My physiotherapist recommended taking a Calcium supplement (after I broke my wrist) I was expecting something chalky and yucky, so this product was a pleasant surprise as it is neither! In fact it is quite a pleasant taste. Hopefully it's helping with the healing process too

A disappointing product
These tablets are very unpleasant, unlike the previous batch I had. They taste of perfume and have a gritty texture. Yuk!
