I have used Lindens Fenugreek in the past and felt it to be reliable product. So when I wanted Fenugreek again, I went for them again, and am not disappointed. I have again this time a good feeling that I am getting a genuine product from Linden (and, to the extent that one can really tell, that Fenugreek is having the desired effect - i.e. general, but particularly sexual, health.

Been ordering for a while. Works for me and my partner. Have recommended to others as well.

Used for breastfeeding but didn’t notice any improvement. It’s possible you’re expected to take a few grams daily in order to reap any benefits but I didn’t feel comfortable to have more than 3 capsules on any given day. Capsules were small and easy to swallow. Strong smell but didn’t put me off. Anyone who has a spice rack probably wouldn’t mind the smell.

Arrived quickly and I take it with several other supplements to manage my blood sugar levels,easy to swallow.

While it’s fabtastic value the capsules are made from beef gelatin. You can take the powder out the capsules so you could mix it in with water but the taste is vile.

For whatever reason this potency And brand specifically really works well for me in terms of breastfeeding and milk supply. My let downs seem to come quicker (eg less waiting time for baby) which is almost more useful than increased milk supply when you have an impatient baby. It helped increase supply especially at night. I will take these multiple times over night with lots of water and would have a decent supply there each time for when baby wakes up. I tried the higher dose ones and didn’t work for me, which i found interesting. I thought fenugreek didn’t work for me during my first pregnancy but maybe it just the brand? Nonetheless I am glad I found this one and take it daily. I wish they offered a discount for bulk purchases.

So I used this last time I was nursing my baby to improve my supply and this time when the initial over supply died down I started taking 3 daily and I went from expressing 3 oz to 5-6oz each time I have played with increasing the dose but 3 is enough for now once he starts drinking more (currently 5oz) I may consider increasing the dose
