Soak, rinse, cook, eat
Super healthy organic quinoa, I followed advice from a cook online and soaked for an hour, rinsed and cooked the quinoa for 12 minutes (all the water had been absorbed) and popped it into a bowl. I added lots of chopped red onion, parsley, red pepper, black beans, olive oil, salt and pepper while it was still hot - the quinoa absorbed all these flavours and it was delicious.Lovely product that will become a regular purchase! There is postage on this item!

Tasty and versatile
I am one of those people who didn't used to believe in the taste difference between organic and non organic foods. I have been using quinoa for a while now from a local health food store but I bought this as it was on sale and I won't go back. The grains are fluffier and tastier than non organic quinoa and as I'm on a high protein diet I incorporate it into most of my meals. I've started substituting this for rice and pasta and it works perfectly. I even make quinoa based protein bars! The only downside for me is the price of postage - it seems to be £2.99 regardless of the weight purchased which doesn't sound right. I would expect free postage when spending over £10 on an item, this means that it's more economical for me to purchase from a health food shop so I probably won't be buying again, but this isn't due to taste or quality.
