Tombow ABT Dual Brush Pen - Primary Colours (Pack of 12)

By buying the Pastels, Ocean Colours and Primary colours, I’ve ended up with duplicate pen/brush colours which I find annoying and a bit disappointing on the part of Tombow. However the pens write beautifully and the blender brush that came with the Ocean set works great - just stick a sheet of white paper inside a clear polythene freezer bag and you have a “palette” to mix your colours on. I think the pens work out very expensive, especially in view of getting duplicates, but they are quite versatile having two nibs. I have a journal sketch pad and the paper gets roughed up and bleeds a lot so I’m going to revert to using watercolour paper and hope the same doesn’t happen there. There’s no strong scent from them either, so that’s a bonus. Hoping to do more experimenting with them in time and perfecting my technique as it’s like learning all over again.

My third pack of tombow pens and I’m yet to be dissatisfied, absolutely love how workable they are. A bullet journaller’s must have for sure.

I bought these for my bullet journal and hand lettering practice. Vibrant colours, though not my favourite colour scheme after all. I've found that I mainly use just grey and peach on daily basis since the rest of the colours are a tad too dark for my taste. The primary colours aren't very nice for blending either because each is so far from the others. This is quite obvious of course but I didn't think about it before hand. The brush is very nice to workwith and I as a total newbie have found hand lettering easy with these.

This was a Christmas present for my teenage niece doing art GCSE. She absolutely loved them and used them straight away.

Ich bin vor kurzem ins Brush Lettering eingestiegen und jetzt schon ein Fan der Tombow Dual Brush Pens ABT! Eine weitere marke habe ich noch ausprobiert, bin damit aber nickt zurecht gekommen, da mir die Spitze hier viel zu weich war. Es ist zum Teil auch einfach eine Frage des persönlichen Geschmacks und der eigenen Handschrift bzw. Schreibweise. Für mich ist die Tombow Pinselspitze von der Größe und dem Härtegraf (würde ich als Mittel einschätzen) genau richtig. Die Farben sind sehr leuchtend, die zweite Spitze mit feinerer Mine ist perfekt zum setzen von Akzenten oder für etwas kleinere Schriften. Einziges Manko, aber das muss nichts mit der Tombow Qualität allgemein zusammenhängen (bislang hatte ich hier nie Schwierigkeiten): einer der Stifte hatte bei Lieferung bereits eine leicht ausgefranste Pinselspitze. Ansonsten ein tolles Produkt, welches einfach nur süchtig macht!!

🙂 PRO: qualità e versatilità 🙁 CONTRO: palette dei colori da migliorare Presi per fare pratica con l'hand lettering; la punta a pennello è perfetta a questo proposito, mentre la punta sottile può essere utilizzata per i dettagli o decorazioni varie. D'altronde i Tombow dual-brush pen sono una garanzia, e sono spesso consigliati per chi è alle prime armi. Sono ottimi da usare anche nel disegno; essendo blendable e a base d'acqua se si sovrappongono due colori si mescolano insieme. Per quanto riguarda la palette dei colori in questa confezione, avrei preferito avere magari una tonalità di verde in più e dei blu meno simili tra loro. I colori sono inodore. Ottimo regalo in coordinato al libro Lettering creativo ma non solo. Ispirazioni, idee, tecniche e suggerimenti per trasformare le tue scritte in bellissime opere d'arte .

Bonjour. J'ai déjà commandé plusieurs articles à ce vendeur, et je suis ravie ! Cet ensemble de 12 feutres fut l'un de mes premiers achats Tombow dual brush. Prix intéressant avec ce vendeur et surtout abordable par rapport au tarif unitaire en magasin. La livraison est gratuite et rapide, compter environ 3 semaines pour la France. Pour cette pochette, tous les feutres sont bien imbibés et gorgés en couleurs, ils conservent, la pointe large permet un remplissage rapide sans micro espace blanc. Pour vous donner des infos utiles, je mets le listing référence des 12 couleurs du lot et une photo des couleurs (papier bristol utilisé): - 055 process yellow (on le retrouve souvent dans les sets, c'est un jaune très clair, surtout combiné à l'eau, il devient quasiment translucide), - 933 orange (également dans les sets), - 873 Coral, - 725 Rose/Pink, - 845 Carmine (plutôt un rouge lumineux , il n'existe pas de vrai rouge dans cette marque - 676 Royal purple (famille des violets), - 476 Cyan/bleu cyan, - 555 Ultramarine / Bleu marine - 296 Green/ Vert - 879 Brown /Marron - N75 Cool Gray / Gris clair - N15 Black/ Noir. Je vous recommande de faire un listing couleurs pour chaque set, ainsi vous verrez les doublons et les couleurs qui vous interressent vraiment. Les feutres Tombow utilisés pour aquarelle se mélangent très bien ensemble, n'hésitez pas à faire plusieurs nuanciers ( vidéos disponibles sur internet), tester le blender sur du brouillon avec divers grammages papier (non inclus dans ce lot) J'attends de bonne promotion pour prendre la palette blending (elle me servira uniquement pour la calligraphie/l'écriture ). Pour ceux/celles qui débutent comme moi, je conseille le set Primary/ primaire et le Bright aux couleurs LUMINEUSES FRAÎCHES ÉCLATANTES (le set Bright inclus le blender) * Je me sers des tombow "pointe large" pour les tampons transparents/stamp, pour surligner, pour colorier, faire des croquis, pour la calligraphie /écriture type japonaise/les lettres Et la "pointe fine" pour les contours, l'écriture dans mon journal/carnet Voilà, si cela a pu vous renseigner 80)

Li adoro! E ho avuto la fortuna di trovarli ad un prezzo buonissimo! La loro qualità è conosciuta e chiunque abbia un bullet journal o ami disegnare li ha nella wish list di Amazon. Io li adoro e spero di trovare altri kit al prezzo di questo qui.
