As I’ve gotten older into my forties, I have developed extremely sensitive skin. Dry in some areas, not in others. None of my face is really consistent as far as texture. This product was recommended to me from a friend dealing with the onset of rosacea and she was surprised at how the 1% salicylic acid was even effective yet gentle enough for her. After trying a three other products designed for exfoliation for sensitive skin (a grueling process), this one has been a game changer for my skin type. It does tingle at first when applying, then you might feel a slight tightening of the face because of the small amount of salicylic acid. This is completely safe and normal. It is not too strong, and I could see results within the first week. I have been consistently using this for about 7 months now and my skin looks and feels fresher and smoother. It's not a miracle worker, but compared to other products, it's far more effective. Since I live in a dry desert climate, I choose to use it only as often as my skin will tolerate it which is 2 or 3 times a week. It has been a process and my skin went through purges and changes before I could reap the full benefits. A good thing to remember is when you're trying skin care products, specifically exfoliants, is to be patient and consistent. And don't forget to moisturize. A lot!

Make sure you only use chemical exfoliators in the evening and put a lot of moisturizer on after. This one is very soothing and I’ve had it more than a year because I only use it a couple times a week. My skin is sensitive, this does not give me any type of break out. If you are in your 20s, stay consistent with skin care, and take good care of yourself inside and out, this exfoliator will help get rid of little wrinkles on forehead. As I age, I find eye creams help me with crows feet/under eye wrinkles and drinking lots of water helps with smile lines/all together skin health.

At first using this I broke out but my face does that with new products. I stayed consistent and now it’s cleared up my face. I have very sensitive skin so I was on the fence but I’m glad I bought it.

This is my holy grail. I have small bumps all over my cheeks and this is one of the only things that has helped. It's gentle enough that I use it at least once a day, it helps get rid of my bumps and smooth out my skin. Highly recommend.

This Paula's product has been a staple of mine for many years. Careful use of this and other products gives me the benefits of multiple-step skin care, without irritating my rosacea. While less sensitive skin can use this daily, I get best results (and clear, smooth skin!) with just one or two nights a week. I apply to freshly cleansed skin, and after it soaks in, I apply my regular moisturizer.

LIQUID GOLD. This stuff saved my skin. I’m a model and my forehead kept breaking out, it was so gross and annoying and it made me feel insecure. I kid you not overnight… I’ve used this product like twice so far and it’s flattened my acne to almost nothing. I’m so happy! Yay!

I’ll start off by saying majority of skin care products irritate the life out of my skin. I use this 2-3 weeks and have no issues. I do like that this product is more of a “gel” consistency.

I have sensitive skin and mild rosacea. I am 57 years old. I have had such a hard time and been so afraid to try any kind of exfoliant with any kind of chemical in it because I thought you couldn’t use any of that stuff with rosacea. Thank goodness that some YouTube influencers set me straight. I have been using this product every morning for almost a year now. With the kind of rosacea I have, the area on both sides of my mouth becomes literally feeling.like sandpaper. As long as I use this, my skin stays smooth and soft. I won’t use another company’s product. (If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.) it lasts a long time. It’s easy to use and gives great results. I’ll keep buying it.
