After alot of trial, error & research online I decided to try a good pre/probiotic as i have suffered with tummy problems (bloating, pain, slow digestion with sudden dioreah & what is probably undiagnosed IBS) for a long, long time now. I read many reviews on different brands & INNOPURE stood out by far for quality, price & performance. I waited until I finished a whole bottle (120 capsules) to leave this review as I wanted it to be as reliable and honest as possible. After only a week the symptoms I described earlier became much less of a problem & as each day passed it got better & better for me. I was so pleased & confident I started trying foods that I thought were a permenant no go for me & to my joy I could digest them again with no pain, blockage or painful bloating. It was wonderful. Just one tablet a day was enough & me & my tummy were so much happier. I finished my bottle about a week & a half ago & have been meaning to order more. The symptoms were kept at bay even when I had run out but I've had a shocking return to the symptoms again in the last 3 days. I'd actually forgotten how horrible & upsetting they were. I've had to return to a minimal diet & have been in a lot of pain. Luckily for me my previous order arrived by next day delivery so I know ordering today I will be able to give my tummy what it obviously needs again by tommorow in one small, easy to swallow capsule. I can honestly recommend these tablets that are manafactured in the UK by a friendly, reliable company. 10/10.

I have been searching for good probiotics for a long time - I have bloating and general digestion problems, alongside gluten intolerance so this is really helping me get more control of my digestive system and feel a lot more comfortable. Additionally it's probiotics and prebiotics combined which is great and the pills are tiny and only need to be taken once a day, in comparison to some brands who have giant pills and need to be taken multiple times a day. Also, the bacteria in InnoPure probiotics are live (as oppose to dry-frozen) which increases the effectiveness of the product as it doesn't rely on bacteria "coming back to life" in the acidic environment of the stomach. The price for the amount is beyond good as well. Love it!

After having extensive amounts of chemo over the past 10 years my immune system has been damaged leaving me very susceptible to viruses etc all the time, meaning I find myself getting ill every couple of days. My doctors suggested taking a probiotic to help. I've tried loads of brands and now I find myself with this one. I love that not only is it a probiotic but a prebiotic so there is food for the healthy bacteria in my gut. The tablet are small, easy to take and you get a lot for the price you pay. I find taking the little drinks in the morning to be very expensive at £8 for 6 which is about a week while this is £10 for for 3 months! Only problem is it has a weird smell but that doesn't bother me too much. Worth a try :)

Absolutely fantastic product, brilliant value for money (often when you're buying a lot of tablets at a sensible price its because you need to take lots everyday, but this is just a once a day thing so lasts 4mnths!) teeny tiny tablets, and so easy to take for anyone who has difficulty with tablets. Bottle is small so very easy to store. Most importantly though, I have mild IBS, however am on a load of different medications (including steroids) which mess up your stomach and gut, as well as currently being on two different, very high doses of antibiotics, not only would this normally leave me doubled over with stomach cramps, but id be rushing to the loo and feeling sick or even vomiting normally on these doses! Last thing i'd want at christmas!! But taking these I honstly would even know I was on any antibiotic at all. So easy, once a day and lasts ages so I dont even have to think about it. Lots of information provided with the product and very quick to arrive. All in all cant speak highly enough of these!!

I bought these to try; I have coeliac disease and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease. I stick rigidly to a gluten free diet and take medication for the GORD. Despite this I still suffer from nausea, abdominal pain & bloating caused by the CD & epigastric pain from the GORD. At times it has a major impact on my social & working life & prevents me from sleeping. I have tried many different remedies, none of which have made any difference. However, I read the reviews & decided to give them a go. I would love to reduce the medication for the GORD as the medication has some unwelcome adverse effects. So far, I have less abdominal pain and bloating. It is too early to say whether it is helping my other symptoms but I will edit this review in a month or two when I have had time to properly assess the benefits. I now have been using these for a couple of months I can unequivocally say that my symptoms have improved. I have virtually no bloating and much less abdominal pain. I have been able to significantly reduce my medication, with no adverse effect from doing so. I will definitely continue to use these and would advise anybody considering trying these to give it a go.

The tablets are massive so if you struggle to take tablets then you’ll need to work on your gag reflex for these! By the time I manage to swallow it I can taste them and they taste awful! However, after a few days of taking them my bloating went down and they worked effectively for my Ibs .

Iv been suffering from IBS for years on and off, controlled mainly through diet until I hit my 50’s, then along came the acid reflux to top things off. Lots of googling and searching and stumbled across this life saver, the reviews were quiet amazing but quiet old (not sure what happened) but so glad I gave it a try! The bloating is under control, I have hardly any gas and I look normal oh and I’m so regular now I feel tones lighter. The acid is still there but much better and the odd Rennie curbs the discomfort of that. These are a must and only took a week to start seeing results.
