Decent chai. Slightly too sweet for my taste, but many love it.

I’ll be honest, I bought this out of curiosity more than anything. I usually make chai the traditional way, so I was not expecting much from an instant version, but this genuinely surprised me. As soon as you open a sachet the smell hits you. The ginger comes through straight away and it actually smells like proper chai rather than a weak powder mix. Freshness is noticeable too. It does not have that stale, overly processed scent some instant drinks have. In terms of tea quality, it is far better than I expected for something that just needs hot water. The flavour is full, slightly sweet as advertised, and the ginger strength is balanced. It is not overpowering, but it definitely has enough strength to give that gentle warmth in your throat. If you like a proper kick you might want it a touch stronger, but for most people it will be spot on. Preparation is simple. Empty the sachet, add hot water, quick stir and you are done. No faffing around with pans or strainers. The refreshment value is actually very good, especially in the afternoon when you want something comforting but not as heavy as coffee. Each sachet is a single serving, so the capacity per pack is clearly laid out. Ten cups in total, which is convenient but you will get through them quickly if you enjoy it. Value for money feels fair for the convenience and flavour, although if you drink chai daily it could add up compared to making it from scratch. Overall, the quality and flavour have impressed me. It is not a replacement for homemade chai in my house, but it is a very handy option when you want something quick without sacrificing taste.

Lovely chai! I could do with it being stronger! It says 4 scoops per cup! But you really have to use Big scoops or 5 normal ones for it to taste like chai! It’s the nicest one I have had from amazon

Very nice, but not cheap as you need a good 3/4 spoons per cup, wish I could afford more but it's a treat

Toujours aussi satisfaite de ce produit très très proche du thé épicé indien que l'on peut boire sur place. Pour ne pas dire qu'il est équivalent. Un vrai régal et une manière d'être connecté tous les jours avec ce pays incroyable.

Taste is strong and delicious.

Product arrived with aluminum seal on top of the tub container open. The contents are just about 2/3 full. Due to safety concern, we did not consume it. Product is non-returnable. What a waste.
