Very descriptive and interesting

I totally agree with Paul Taylor's review of 24th October - this is most disappointing and really not worth the money. It is a very flimsy 'book' indeed - more like a pamphlet actually, with no information and only a handful of photos. Avoid buying it at all costs.

I ordered this book as inspiration for an art deco interior project I was working on. It was very disappointing. The volume was only about 15 to 16 pages in volume and the images were predominantly of modern interiors - some with only a hint or a vague reference to the art deco movement and aesthetic - bit not genuine art deco interiors. I was hoping for a photo catalogue of actual 1920s-30s art deco interiors. Several of the images were of low resolution which printed poorly and looked pixilated and blurred, as though they had been lifted from the internet. There was also no text at all, normally, I would expect a narrative about the photo or the designer or location, even in a photo book. Not a great purchase I returned it at the first opportunity.
