I have a cup of this tea after meals to help with digestion and I definitely notice the difference when I run out and can't have any for a couple of days! The teabags are in a foil bag, within a decent quality packet, sealed in a cellophane wrapper.I brew this tea with water that is about to boil or has boiled recently (not boiling water as I don't want to scald the tea) and I leave the tea bag in for extra strength. I don't add anything to it, as I'm drinking it as a health remedy. It's not as bitter as English breakfast tea, nor as harsh to the system.

I must say that i dont like this. It made me tense. It smells and tastes like mud. However, since it has tremendous health benefits i will persist and see. Its not horrible.Update - i got used to the earthy taste and quite like it. Helps me to feel less full if i need that after eating. Helps to feel better.

My second batch.I'm not keen on tea, but this tea you can taste the flavour, it a strong tea, (I usually use the bag twice) and still get the flavour.

I started taking this tea four days ago twice a day, morning after breakfast n after lunch.I can feel the difference today. I do not feel bloated, I weighed this morning n I have lost 1kg. I am eating healthy n drinking lots of water. I feel I have more energy for my routine activities. I feel a light healthy sensation! The taste is not that bad and I am getting used to it. I think I will carry on with this tea and I hope to experience more benefits from it .
