A wonderful romcom
This is the second book by the author I have read. The first one was when she was still self-publishing. (A unicorn in the publishing world). Each can be read as a standalone as they deal with different pairs. The Bergman family siblings are the common thread. This story deals with chronic pain, angst, and soccer rivalry and blends them through comedic moments into a romance. Romcom scores (0-10 point scale)Flirt to roast meter - 10Pining - 9Bickering - 10

My heart is full. It's overflowing, melting and dissolving into the biggest puddle of happy tears, smiling, sobbing out of sheer love and soul - deep joy. 😭😭❤️❤️
I JUST FINISHED READING IT AND OH MY GOODNESS. I'm not okay. I'm genuinely not okay. My heart is full. It's overflowing, melting and dissolving into the biggest puddle of happy tears, smiling, sobbing out of sheer love and soul - deep joy. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Nobody does love like you, Chloe! Absolutely nobody. I don't have enough words to thank you enough for tenderly weaving, dreaming up, creating and nurturing the Bergman family with all of your heart. God, they are a dream come true. I really wish I had the words to express how reading about Ollie, Gavin and ALL of them made me feel! It felt like my soul expanded and grew like never before. I've never felt such love, warmth, care and sensitivity deep in my bones. I cannot express how much it means to me, how seen and cherished it made me feel, how warm and fuzzy my heart felt, how endlessly I giggled, squealed and actually jumped out of happiness while reading about their story and about the most endearing and precious Bergman family. They are a hug in human form. ALL of them. Seeing them get their happily ever afters (I AM STILL CRYING OVER THEM. IT WAS SO SPECIAL, BEAUTIFUL AND MAGICAL. I'M NEVER GETTING OVER EVERYTHING YOU GIFTED US THROUGH THIS PRECIOUS BOOK. 🥺😭) - feels like seeing a dream come true. They genuinely feel like family and people I wish I could actually meet, befriend and express my love for. The way you brought SO many signature Chloe elements to it right from the smallest, most meaningful details, the evocative metaphors, the heart touching dialogue, the most ENDEARING and thoughtfully woven souls, the literary references (I cannot take it 😭❤️!!!!), the adorable fur angels, the BERGMAN BABIES AND WEDDINGS (I must let you know that reading about them made me sob out of happiness. I just couldn't contain it. 🥺🥰!!!!), the friendships, the deep and heart touching brotherhood, the sheer wholesomeness, the sensitive and extremely empathetic anxiety rep, the comfort, care, sensitivity and just the overall brilliance of this beautiful, beautiful book is beyond words. I wish I could capture it through my thoughts about it - but it's impossible to encompass the beauty, heart and soul of Gavin and Oliver's story. 🥺❤️

This. Is. Just 🫰🏽🫰🏽🫰🏽
Chloe Liese is an author who can do nothing wrong in my eyes.I have loved all her Bergman Siblings books and even before I had read the blurb, I knew I would love Everything For You as well.I was right. After all, if you, like me, adore:🍀 Grumpy x Sunshine🍀 Enemies to Lovers🍀 Forced Proximity (sort of!)🍀 Age Gap Romance🍀 M/M Romance🍀 One Bed TropeIts like Chloe went into my head, picked out all the tropes that I would die for; and brings it to life without beautifully crafted characters and an emotional romance and wonderfully supportive family that has me feeling like I am wrapped in tight warm hug.In short, if you haven’t already read Chloe Liese books; what are you even doing with your reading journey?

Grumpy meets Sunshine!
Chloe’s books have always been comfort reads for me with a dash of humour, a sprinkle of heart wrenching and more than a few heart warming moments. So far, I have always been able to relate to every single character at some point in their story and I’m proper obsessed with her writing and work. She is constantly ensuring her work represents well and is forever making sure that we are well warned about the content before we enter.Everything for You, like most of Chloe’s stories, is sweet (omgsomuchangstbutsoverysweet). There are many familiar moments that we’ve seen over the series, of the love between the family and the constant support they offer one another. We see some small surprises that are heart warming and many quiet but big moments of being truly seen by the people you love and who love you.Chloe constantly reminds me with every one of her books how different someone’s life can be from the what we presume from the person that we see them to be on the outside. Additionally the gentle lessons her books teach us, the warmth with which she reminds us that even risks can feel safe with the right people—and not just the people that we are romantically inclined towards—is the best best besssst. One of her characters has anxiety and the other suffers with chronic pain. The first time I ever read a book where a protagonist had anxiety (Natalia Jaster’s Dare) I weeped for hours. It made me feel so much more … loved, somehow. Like who I am and what I am is a reality that wasn’t in my head. Chloe has always done the same with her work and I’m forever grateful for her for writing about characters by breaking the idea the readers have of them and showing us the truth.Chloe, IMHO, is the Queen of unravelling the inner workings of a character’s mind; of watching as they grow from where they are to places they only dreamed of reaching. I loved watching Oliver and Gavin tear at the seams of their internal struggles and break free; reaching out, being honest and truthful with those around them and themselves. Chloe makes falling in love feel real. Not magical and fantastical, but real and that in itself makes it wondrous.Definitely recommend this series to anyone! Five stars!Received an ARC.

Everything I wanted, and so much more.
REVIEW⚠️cw: Anxiety, chronic pain, homophobia, neglect ⚠️When veteran soccer player Gavin Hayes is forced to share his captaincy with rising star Oliver Bergman, he finds it harder and harder to hide his attraction to his annoyingly upbeat team-mate. Oliver idolised Gavin growing up. They say never meet your heroes. Pity he's still wildly attracted to the grump. Let's get the wee elephant out of the room. The team is basically a Ted Lasso version of a football team, and Gavin is Roy Kent, but let me tell you, I am here for Every. Single. Second. of that, thank you very much! There's no toxic masculinity allowed on this team. Yay! It was lovely to see more of what makes Oliver tick, and he was SO sweet, caring, and vulnerable underneath all of the pranks. His anxiety was well-written, and he broke my heart at times. That said, the trademark silliness was still amusing. For me, though, Gavin was the real star of this book. His battle with chronic pain and his dawning retirement highlighted the (often unhealthy) pressure elite athletes put on themselves on a daily basis. Some fans would do well to remember this when they're so quick to criticise a performance. I adored Gavin's development through the book. From grumpy thundercloud to an adorable softie (with a side of mild disgruntlement, especially about Oliver's clothes), and he broke me with his childhood. The chemistry between Oliver and Gavin was palpable, and they were so stinking adorable together. The intimacy was so hot but also incredibly beautiful. There are, of course, more cute Bergman family moments: a truly wonderful talk between Willa and Oliver; another summit 😉; but mostly from a new addition. Linnie was hilarious, and I absolutely ADORED her with Gavin. And there's a cute moment with a past character (no spoilers!)This was everything I wanted, and so much more.Overall Rating: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Heat Rating: 🔥🔥🔥Emotional Rating: 😢💓🙈💓😂🙈🥰😉😂🙈💓😍😢😂🥰😍🤬💔😢💓😢😂💓🥰💔💓👏🏻🥰

So verletzlich, so viel Tiefe, so sexy

This is my first gay romance, and I must say, it rocked ! I totally fell in love with Gavin and Oliver, and cheered them on from the on onset. And it's steamy enough to fog a mirror 💞

All the Bergman Brother's feels!
4.25 starsY’all, Chloe Liese can do no wrong!!!!! Everything for you is another amazing book in the Bergman Brother’s series. It follows Oliver and Gavin for an angsty, enemies to lovers sports romance with forced proximity, (neighbors!!!!) and all the gooey feels that come along with the Bergmans.Oliver has been teammates with hot shot Gavin Hayes for 2 years now and they’ve never gotten along. Despite the fact that Ollie had the biggest crush on Gavin ever since he was young. He was so excited to be teammates but Gavin has never been anything but cold to Ollie. Ollie is Mr. sunshine who is friendly to literally everyone and it gets under Mr. grumpy Gavin’s skin. Long story short, for the 2 years they’ve played with each other, they’ve never been able to see eye to eye. Ollie and Gavin are told they’re going to be co-captains and are given an ultimatum by their coach that they need to get along or will be removed as captains. When I tell you this book is tension filled, I mean it!!! Gavin and Oliver are both trying so hard to hide their attractions to each other but its dual POV so we know exactly what they’re feeling. Its quite funny seeing into Gavin’s internal thoughts because although he’s this grumpy, hard-headed man, he’s super soft for Oliver. And Oliver, sweet sweet Oliver. He’s honestly just such a sweet guy and so so caring, you can’t help but fall in love with him. He is so patient with Gavin and it makes you love him even more. The story touches on Oliver’s struggles with anxiety and the pressures he feels as a professional soccer player and within his family. It also addresses the chronic pain Gavin lives with. Gavin and Oliver begin to understand each other on a deeper level and its so beautiful. Oliver is able to be there for Gavin in ways he never thought he deserved. The character development between the 2 was incredible. And of course this book has all the amazing Bergman fam content!!!! This is by far one of my fav book families ever. We got tons of Viggo content which I already know is gonna be my overall fav Bergman sibling. I mean he loves romance books come on!!!!!!! I volunteer to be Viggo’s wifey for life <3 We also get some great Ziggy content. The uncle Ollie x Gavin x Linnea content literally had me squealing it was so cute!Overall, this book was such a cute and wholesome read. I loved reading about Ollie’s love story and am so happy that everything worked out with him and Gavin in the end. It was very bittersweet finishing this book knowing there are only 2 left in the series but I’m so excited to see what comes next!
