This waist trainer feels AMAZING on your back. The Velcro is very strong and sturdy. It supports the hell out of your back. Definitely brings in that waist. It does not make you sweat I thought it did but when I read the description properly after it arrived it’s more of a waist trainer with great back support. Looks and functions 100%

I spent years (and wasted money) buying ill-fitted waist trainers that never had the qualities I was looking for. I ended up giving up and did not purchase one for years, until now. This trainer is super sturdy and durable. It clinches everything into place and does not give you that awful back pain like some waist trainers do. It’s worth every penny. I purchased the size of my shirts that started fitting me snug due to weigh gain. I know eventually I’ll be ordering the next size down within a few months. I highly recommend this to anyone. It’s super comfortable, but during the first few wears you have to adjust to knowing how to sit and do certain exercises with it on. This is by far the best waist trainer out there and I’ve purchased at least 7 before finding this one.

This FeelinGirl Waist Trainer belt may indeed snatch your waist, but it is the strongest, best designed lumbar and spine support I’ve ever had . . . at a third the price of others.Out of the package, it had no smell at all, which in the world of support belts is a big plus. Many similar belts smell like new tires and have to be aired out for days, but this one was rather neutral. Yay! I put it on immediately because my old one is used up—curled in on itself and losing gription. The relief I felt having this vertical and horizontal stability decreased my perpetual pain and gave me a feeling of strength that was extremely welcome.For 30 years I’ve done physical therapy and medical massage, and I’ll definitely be recommending this belt. Yes, clients must attend their own health with good posture and strengthening exercises—so I don’t recommend any belt be used with the idea that a device might replace good conditioning. However—stability for walking and lifting is helpful.DETAILS: This offers the best Velcro I’ve ever encountered on any belt; it’s flat and wide and thick, and that speaks of longevity. Most belts fail first at the Velcro. This belt is also well designed, allowing for different shapes and sizes of bodies to be properly wrapped up. And this belt is also soft and comfortable in the right way. Plus, in my case, it ran true to size.Thank you to everyone who made this belt a reality.I’ve only worn it for half a day, but I’m very impressed. I wish I’d found this belt before (literally) spending hundreds of dollars on stinky, uncomfortable, and low quality devices.

This is hands down the best waist trainer I have ever purchased. I love that it is super adjustable due to having the three separate Velcro sections. This makes is much more adjustable for the person wearing it. I love that you can really snatch your waist or wear it looser to help with posture. Easy to put on and comfy to wear and work out in. I was reluctant to pay the price but it is so worth it and glad I did.

Ok so I would give 5 Stars but it isn't quite what I was expecting. It fits, it cinches in the tummy as advertised.... So it's doing its job but it is really stiff. Great for correcting posture I suppose because there's no flexibility for movement once you're strapped in lol. I am sure I can wear it to do cardio and quite possibly to work but if you lay back on a bench at the gym you have to roll to the side to get up. Not good for ab workouts for sure. I was buying this one to wear to the gym because I thought my ability to move around would be better than my other corset style waist trainer but this limits my mobility way more... On the upside it's easier to get on and off and if someone tries to punch me in the stomach they're only going to hurt their own hand lol. Overall I like the cinch it provides and it's pretty. Very durable material too.

I ordered a medium. It is true to size. All I can say is it’s worth the money the price is crazy they could make way more money for this and I would pay it. don’t walk run and purchase this waist trainer.!!

Really never was into this, but decided to give it a try and hopefully helps with the purpose. Based on all the reviews, I ordered a medium, I'm 5'2", 165 pounds and have a belly. It fits perfectly and it also helps with posture as I do office work and sitting down must of the time. strong material and stays in place, stiff but manageable. I like it so far.

I was very excited to give it a try and was not disappointed it did a great job of snapping everything up only thing I dislike is that I still have some back pain while using it but not as bad I I usually have while I work. Overall it's a very much worth buying.
