Valuable and full of information
This is a genuine and thoroughly researched book (with top notch scientific research projects to back up its claims). So many of these type of 'medical books' are lightweights – this one is a notable exception.If you suspect that cortisol levels may be an issue in your case, this book provides countless solutions to improve your health. I found it to be very valuable and will follow several of its advice for the rest of my life. If I could I could rate it with more stars than 5 stars, I would!

Excellent.
Read this book, it is enlightening and fascinating. It makes so much sense!I havent yet finsihed the book but I am delighted with it, I already have friends who want to borrow it, but Id rather they buy one because I dont wish to be without it!

Stress is very dangerous for your health and this books help you understand why. A good insight for diabetics too. Highly recommended read.

Great book for holistic health followers
This is my v first Amazon review but felt I had to comment on how useful I found this book. A real eye opener and advice I will definitely be following. Very clearly written and providing reference material to different trials that have been held and the results. Personally I would rather follow an holistic route to my health than prescription drugs where possible. I highly recommend this book. Jude of Oxfordshire

Informative and backed by science
This book is very well written. It brings it down to a level that the average person can understand yet explains the science at the same time.If you’re looking for a book on cortisol by an author who has dedicated most of his life to this topic, this is it!

Repetitive
Although this book is filled with great information, it wouldn’t matter if you started reading it from the middle chapter. The first 7 chapters just repeat themselves over and over again. I’m more of a “get to the point” kind of reader. You could seriously get the exact same amount of information if you skipped half the pages and read the conclusion of each chapter. You would save yourself hours of repetitive reading. Once you get to chapter 8, it’s better.
