Q: I want to know, are these still the waxy oily new recipe or if they have changed them back to being how they used to be yet?

Sorry to disappoint, these have not changed back to the lovely tasting yummy sweets, they are still the waxy and oily ones which are disgusting now.

Q: Are these the new version ?

They are the newer ones yes. Somewhat irregular in size and a different texture to the touch, however they taste exactly the same as the older recipe.
