WholeVit™ General Multivitamin & Mineral - 30 vegecaps

The vitamins are very gentle on your body, completely natural and vegetarian (but not vegan) - unlike the nasty, chemical filled vitamins that you'll find on the supermarket shelves. I love that they use the raw ingredients and that the vegecap (the shell capsule) is 100% plant based. I haven't had any issues with opening and closing the packet like some other reviewers have said. It's a pretty standard, resealable bag. I like these vitamins, but have absolutely no idea if they work. I seem pretty much the same as I did when I started taking these about six months ago. Regardless, it's good to know that I'm getting most of the vitamins and minerals I need by taking them.

The best multivitamin I have found so far after many years of taking vitamins for CFS and FM. Even the packet itself is plastic free.

Good product but my son still finds them hard to swallow even with water. I do not understand people who cannot swallow pills but inn hindsight I should have purchased chewable ones. As for whether they work, well hard to tell unless you have been taking them daily for a year and measure the before and after. I think most multivitamins work providing you take them for a prolonged period however some are better than others and these were fine.

Smaller package than expected. The pack literally fits in my hand - however they seem quite good. Nothing to complain about. The smell is quite strong - as stated in the description box. However it isnt anything too pungent. I cant say I noticed a major difference taking these, however I will probably purchase again to give it a full and fair chance at making some sort of a difference to my body. What I can say is that a whole food supplement like this is great for your body and its something that your body will recognise straight away (as the vits are made from actual food) to stuck up all the nutrients. Overall good buy

Small capsules--yay. Most companies who promote their vitamins as 'whole foods' are not truthful. These vitamins are whole foods and healthy. They are not super-potent, just a nice, natural way to get your vitamins. The only downside is no calcium or magnesium, which I so desperately need...so I had to order other products--no prob.

I really like these vitamins they have a really competitive price but also seem to be very good quality, the package is cute and well made its very small and just use a resealable opening at the top. This is one of the very few multi vitamins I have used and not felt any side effects. They feel really gentle on your tummy compared to some others I have tryed. Would recommend.

Great little pack, very slim. Capsules themselves are very easy to swallow but quite smelly ( like rabbit food smell) maybe because it's pure ingredients. Not seen much difference with taking these compared to my cheaper brand, So won't be buying again as quite pricey for me. Also had flu for the past week so, i'll be going back to the much cheaper brand and has a much better effect on my immune system. Got taken in by the reviews, worth a go if want to try these but not for me.
