I like the seat protector because it protects the leather seats in my new car from scratches and dirt that my dog would put there. I also like the fact that it protects her from falling on the floor when I make a quick stop. She resists any kind of car harness, seat belt or doggie car seat. I have tried all of them. The Pet Seat Protector seems to have somewhat of a calming influence on my dog and, so far, it has been working out very well. She does not like the car, unlike most dogs. She usually huffs and whines from the back seat while I'm driving and I am still holding my breath about this latest solution! I can't speak to the durability or ease of cleaning yet because I have only used it twice.ADDENDUM TO MY REVIEW: Now that a few weeks have passed, I find that my dog is very unhappy and does not like riding with the car seat protector in place. She is small (8 lbs) and so it may be due to the fact that she is unable to see me while "inside" the confines of the seat protector. It covers the area between the driver and passenger seats so her view of me is restricted. She barks and cries and won't sit down which, of course, results in distracting me while trying to drive the car. If I do not attach the front two straps, it will protect the seat but that scenario could still lead her to fall on the floor in the event of a quick stop. Back to the drawing board!

I've tried out 3 other seat covers and this is our favorite and ONLY one I will keep using. I have 3 huskies and the black seat covers are the worst because you can see EVERY hair that they shed, and they shed a lot. I’m so satisfied with this seat cover! It looks nice, it’s good quality, and it looks better than anything I’ve ever used before. I love that it doesn't have the side door covers (I never used those) and it hold more weight on the seams than others. Added bonus: Pockets!

Very impressive design seems to be heavy duty so far for my two dogs and the features are amazing. The seatbelt slots have heavy duty velcro to stabilize the seatbelt straps for the dog harnesses. The straps that attach to the headrests are extremely sturdy and the fabric holds up to their nails. The fabric so far vacuums easily and there is no static electricity to irritate the dogs skin. Very affordable and high-quality and looks great for the mid seat of my SUV This product actually deserves six stars. Oh by the way came with a collapsible water bowl and a single strap to attach harness of your choice to your seatbelt buckle. This product beats what I have seen in some specialty pet stores

Exactly what I was looking for. This was a gift for my mother, she often brings my dog places for me when I can't, and she has a luxury car, (a GLK Mercedes Benz Suv) for reference. The cover fit the entire backseat with no problem and looks very elegant. She did not want a black cover or anything that would not keep the appearance of her fancy life lol. She absolutely loves it. The material is very nice and it was easy to install. It came promptly when it should have and the little water bowl it came with was an awesome addition. Love it !!

I was very happy to find this white car seat cover, most are black. It is easier to spot ticks on a white cover if there are any stow-aways after a hike. It is reinforced where the straps are sewed to the mat, handy pockets, thick material that has a non-skid backing and anchors that help to hold it to the seat are all excellent quality in a cover. The adjustable fit ensures customization to protect the pups from falling off the seat - no gaps, good size fits the entire back seat of my MDX. Very awesome, very affordable - would recommend and reorder.

Fit really well in our Hyundai Elantra back seat but there was stitching loose in the middle seam between the end of the seat and the flap that connects up to the back of the of front seats. Since there's nothing underneath to bear the weight, our 65 lbs dog could easily cause the tear to widen or even worse get a leg stuck in the hole. Better QA/QC is needed before these products leave the factory.

This cover is perfect for transporting my cat in the car. It helps make trips less stressful on the cat.I wish there were a better way to hold open the Velcro areas for the seat belt. They pretty much close back up after pulling them open. It’s also not great for people to sit on, but perfect for pets.

I have a yellow lab and if you have this breed you know how much they shed. This fit so well in my SUV (Rogue), easy to install. I even was able to put some water in back seat for pup knowing this was water proof. He did not seem to get warm on the fabric and was not slippery. Is great for everyday use and works well on road trips.(kept toys in pockets-easy for him to get to. Seller EXCELLENT!!

No zipper... so it won't break. Last cover had zipper and break couple months after... we'll see with this one. Really like the white color
