Nope. It is like a bar of soap around the razor. No other cream required just water.

How often should you change the heads if you're using for underarms every 2nd day?

if you're only using it for underarms I reckon it would last about a month if not longer. I highly recommend Wilkinson Intuition its the only razor I use. The cream wears down with each use and blades are still sharp when the cream has gone. I throw my blades away when cream has gone. The Intuition gives a really close shave without irritation and without any nicks. There are quite a few different refills you can buy so you dont get bored of the same fragrance.

Are these the razors that go both uk and down your leg easily in one movement?

I don’t use them like that but these are the only razors I use. The blades are set in a large moisturising block I’d say it’s virtually impossible to cut yourself. These razors give a very close shave with no irritation and no cuts. The refills are easy to use and they do different fragrances - would highly recommend these I’ve tried other razors but always come back to these

do these new blades fit the regular (original) razor?

No you would need to use the proper razor holder, but if it helps I have used these razors for many years, and the blades are encased in soap which makes them I think easier to use. You can buy the holder which is supplied with one blade, like most razors you don't often get special offers, but if you buy the holder from Amazon they arnt over expensive, and if you like this razor the refills can be ordered on subscription and you get a small discount and of course, they are delivered.
