Fab book with a lot of tips and tricks together with some lovely projects. Very inspiring. Love the lady who buys material and uses it all up before buying more.

Reading this great book on sewing to sell has been a real eye opener. Great information and guides as well as commentary from crafting stars.

I have to confess that I purchased this book more for the patterns than the contents of the book. I don't have a website or sell on Etsy or anything like that and work just with commissions. The actual patterns are varied and it is suggested that you make them in your own style, whatever that may be. The actual content of the book, as you would expect is much more geared to the US market, but nonetheless, a lot of it is applicable here in the UK too.

I live in the U.K. So was a bit doubtful if this book would be of any use but I have read it from cover to cover and can honestly say that it is the best crafting book I have bought in a long time. The suggestions for items to sell are very good and the author has been selfless by offering her patterns to all crafters. I would highly recommend this book

Brilliant, so helpful & packed with loads of really good advice & tips. The book has certainly made me think about the best way to approach selling crafts. Virginia's approach is quite unbiased as well as she includes the opinions of other crafters enabling the reader to get a "rounded picture" on various topics. So glad I bought the book - thank you Virginia.

I bought this for the patterns but found them very Dated and nothing that I would make. The information regarding setting up a craft business is very good but I'm established, only bought it for the patterns as I mentioned.

It is very insightful, easy and quick to read. love the patterns included! over-all great for anyone thinking of getting into te selling aspect of sewing. It isn't a one stop know all you need but is the best intro and go to I have come across yet.
